Sleeps 11+ with King Size Bed in Master upstairs and in downstairs bedroom and then another King bed and Queen bed in other two bedrooms plus a twin size daybed with a twin trundle downstairs. Additional Queen sleeper sofa in the main floor and 2 twin roll away beds, air mattresses and linens can be found in downstairs closet.
