The 4-star apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of a residential building on the landlord's 2 hectare property in a quiet and remote outskirts. Due to the altitude of 800 m above sea level, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the heights of the Ore Mountains. The landlord runs a small farm with arable farming and small livestock (sheep, rabbits and much more).   The apartment, which was modernized in 2013, is equipped with two separate double rooms (each with a double bed, shower / toilet) and a kitchen (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio / CD, dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, various Kitchen appliances) and central heating. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Outside there is a furnished outdoor seating area, grill, storage space for bicycles and parking space. There is also a ski and drying room, free sledge rental, hiking and trail maps, washing machine, holiday library, board games, daily newspaper and drinks service. The hospitable landlords also offer tastings of specialties from the region and from their own production.   The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. To be paid on site: tourist tax. When occupying 2 people, a double room with shower / toilet is not available.

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
