This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath sound-front villa in Sea Pines will delight your family! The view from this 3rd-floor villa of the Calibogue Sound first captures your attention, seen through sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony where you can enjoy surveying the dunes, the beach, and occasional dolphin sighting. The principal bedroom houses a king-sized bed, balcony, and an en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom provides two queen-sized beds, a private balcony, and a bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination.

In addition to an on-site swimming pool and resident grilling area, you are within walking distance to South Beach Marina Village, filled with endless recreation, dining, and shopping.

The views out of the front windows and 2 balconies are beautiful . All of the rooms are very spacious and nice. Family of 4 and had plenty of room. Would definitely come back again.

Fantastic Property

We absolutely love the south Sea Pines area and visit a couple times each year. First time in this complex and plan on returning in future visits. The pool was fantastic and the location provided nice access to both the beach and sound. Only bit of feedback would be somehow make the windows in the living room a bit more inaccessible to little kids.

Fantastic view!

Upon arrival, we were awestruck by the great view of the water. The condo was very clean, and the decor was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with several sets of dishes, silverware, coffee mugs and glasses, along with a great assortment of cooking ware. The owner provided a cabinet full of books, games and puzzles for all ages. We had a wonderful time, and plan to come back next year.

Perfect for a family of 4

We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for years and absolutely love this location. Salty Dog is right across the street, ocean is right there as well. This also has one of the better pools compared to other condo style lodging options in Sea Pines!

We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach. We enjoyed seeing the deer daily and the ease of close restaurants. The condo had everything we needed. It was a good fit for our three kids, two in college and a 2 month old. Very happy with our time.

Great Stay

We love Beachside Tennis condos and this one did not disappoint. This unit had a beautiful view and everything we needed. I'm a stickler for tidiness and this place was clean enough to feel comfortable. I will say the pillows need to be upgraded. They were clean but flat as pancakes. If you can bring your own, do so!

Great property! Beautiful views of the beach & sunsets! Well stocked; which I greatly appreciated. Only small complaint was the coffeepot! Haven’t made ground coffee in years, so it took some trials to get it correct! More room than I needed, as I am widowed; otherwise I would’ve tried to rent it again.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The location was great, views from the balcony were amazing (and saw dolphins every day during our stay!), and the condo was well equipped and very clean. We will definitely consider staying in this unit again during a future trip to Sea Pines and Hilton Head Island!

Very Disappointed in Accommodations

Our biggest complaint was that the unit was not only dirty in places but VERY dusty - the kind of dust that emanated from the draperies, the furniture, the carpet, and the blinds. Just the act of sitting on the couch instantly permeated the room with a stale and dusty odor and made us cough and sneeze. The carpet was dirty, frayed (master bedroom), and stained, not to mention the small plant burrs that were embedded in the bedroom carpet in front of the closet which were only noticed when we stepped on them with bare feet. The light switches (especially the one in the master bath) were filthy, and the tile on the floor around the toilet was sticky. Additionally, the dishes weren't clean: lipstick on a coffee cup, smearable butter on a couple of bowls, and crusty chunks on a plate. The lighting throughout the unit was much too dim, making it very difficult to read except in the kitchen area. Although quite pleased with the general area and its offerings, we were incredibly disappointed with the quality of this unit. We had family who stayed in the same complex, payed the same amount that we did, yet had lovely, clean accommodations. Definitely would NOT recommend this unit and question the management's judgment in listing this unit.

Tennis & bike riding

The location in South Beach was just perfect. We shared the condo with another couple and there was plenty of privacy when you wanted it but also spacious living room and kitchen and outdoor sitting area. Dolphins put on a show for us in the late afternoon while the deer came out to greetnus in the early mornings. We rode bikes on the beach from our beach area (which was wonderfully secluded with occasional beach walkers or bike riders) all the way to Coligny Beach and enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Sandbar Restaurant. Then we rode the bike trail back to our condo to play bocci ball and catch the dolphin and sunset show. Thank you for sharing. But i cannot stop without saying that the ocean view from the living room and the baconies was beautful every moment.
