Lovely Condo - Management Company some issues

This is a great condo in great location. Would rent again - but management company needs to be more organized. Took several phone calls to get basic info about condo, had emailed mgt co about items in condo unit - and info provided was wrong. Then they let workers into condo without informing us .

Great attention given to small things !!

I was very impressed with how clean everything was, and all of the extra little things that were left. Soaps, shampoos, lotion, not to even touch on the gift basket with cookies, crackers, wine, etc, what a great idea and how very thoughtful. I loved how the towels were all bundled up, even though we washed everyday there were still plenty of towels. Also, I do not know of having ever seen so many options available on the TV, which was great since we had to hibernate during Hurricane Debby... All in all we had a great time. I did have to call for help with the door the 2nd day, property mgt came right over, he was so very nice and kind. Gave us his number in case we needed anything, even called to check on us during the storm. Did have to call about a leak under the sink, someone came in the next day replaced the garbage disposal, very nice. No problem after that. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice. I would recommend this unit and company again.
