This 1st floor unit boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully enclosed patio overlooking the tennis court. The master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom has cable tv and a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds and also cable tv. There are grab bars in both bathrooms for your safety. The living room has a queen size pullout couch and a 50 in. cable tv. There is also a fireplace for those cold romantic nights. There is a fully stocked kitchen with pots, plates, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixing bowls, baking dishes, cookie sheets, muffin tin, even a crock pot. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. Pool/beach towels and chairs are also available. 24/7 gated facility for your security and privacy. There is a parking fee of $25.00.
The complex has a fitness center, 1 indoor pool with spa , 2 outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts. There are picnic areas with grills, swings and also smoking areas. There is the boardwalk, nature and bike trails, and nearby parks for the nature lovers. The kids will enjoy the shells, crabs, birds and all the other wildlife our private beach has to offer.
We provide a starter kit for your kitchen and both bathrooms. We also provide a map and information of things to do in the area such as shops, restaurants, and upcoming events.
We love our vacation home, and hope you find it warm and inviting , as much as we do when we stay here.

Margaret is a good host. prompt in answer ?s & was determined to settle a serious problem we had on property. Condo was well stocked with all we needed (except beach/pool towels) recommend an extra wash cloth when we had 5 listed for the stay. The condo could use updating, especially bathrooms. 25 to park in community, which we did not know until we checked our check in instructions. The listing says no additional fees. But Not a huge deal, so we checked in with no issue at the guard shack coming on to property. He was kind and gave us our pass for the window. our daughter came on Sat, there was no guard at the shack. Called No answer. So we said when we come thru later we will just pay then, as the guard the previous night was just concerned with over night guests. she came through later on Sat, there was a young black girl at the guard shack. She was rude and short. Asked the name, they gave my husband’s name as he was the one renting the condo, she rudely said “no, your name, and give me your license.” received her pass and moved on. we came through, the girl about hit our truck with the gate bc she closed it on us, even though we had a pass. She said we couldn’t come in because our truck has our business name in vinyl on the windows. We asked what she means. She said we had to cover it and we said w/what? She let us go & called someone. She banged on door and threatened to tow truck. Host fixed issue. Don’t stay if you own your own business!!!

Overall it was a great place to stay although there are a few repairs that could be done. The pier and beach are more like a shoreline. Not a great place to set up for the day. Although the sandbar was fun to walk out to and explore.

The sound was perfect

The sound was a very short walk from our rental. There wasn't a swimming beach on site which I knew already (there are pools on site which can be nice on rainy days). The sound was, however, very beautiful and teeming with wildlife. Every shell had a crab living in it. There were more gorgeous birds and fiddler crabs than I'd ever seen before. We spent the days at the public beaches (each were only about a 10 minute drive from the rental), then after showering and dinner, my kids loved walking the sound exploring as the sun set each evening. It was perfect for the four of us.

Perfect Hilton Head stay

We had a very easy and fun stay at this condo. It’s basic but has everything you need. On the hottest days it was cool inside
no easy feat! We appreciated the amenities of the community and found the gate staff friendly and helpful. Margaret has excellent communication and would rent from her again.

Good place to stay

Place was nice. Convenient to the water. Is in the flight path to the airport and during the day you will hear jets fly over. The condo is nice and cozy. It does have a few cosmetic issues that could be updated but nothing major. The only major thing that gave me pause was the deadbolt on the door. It is an outside type of deadbolt affixed to the inside of the door and not the traditional type of door bolt.Communication was great amd even allowed me to check in a few hours early because i was already on the island for a golf trip that ended earlier than anticipated.Very reasonable rates and the area is not bad. Very chilled atmosphere.

We spent most of our time away- beach and exploring
 only at the condo in the evening and early morning. We loved the nearby beach for exploring and shell hunting. Condo was clean, there are a few repairs that need taken care of: loose faucet in master bath, maybe just needs replaced, and the slide bolt lock looks like it broke away from the frame. It still works but doesn’t exude confidence that it is sturdy. Nothing that really dampened our stay, and we thought if we come back in the future we would stay there again. We didn’t use the “patio” it was too hot and humid to spend time outside. My granddaughter loved the place and the surrounding property! Beautiful and peaceful area. Everyone on property was very kind!

Neat condo near the beach

We enjoyed our stay at The Spas at Port Royal. The property is well maintained, has access to the beach, and is located near many amenities. The kitchen was well equipped for us, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

HHI is a family favorite

Once again we had a great family spring break vacation. The natural scenery of the beach is perfect for exploring. We used the outdoor pools every day because of the warm weather. We also used the indoor pool/hot tub. The only thing that could be updated to make a little more comfortable are the mattresses and pull out couch bed. No complaints though! Again, Margaret is a super host and highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Hilton Head Island Historical Village

A quiet historical landmark overlooking a serene water sound allows vacationers to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the inner island and enjoy walking paths, bicycling, and golfing. My wife and I golfed at four courses minutes away from our two-bedroom condo. We enjoyed our home-cooked meals and played pickleball just outside of our front steps.For history buffs, Michaelville Village is just within walking distance and offers a glimpse into a bygone era where freed slaves flocked to make their homes and destinies.

Definitely not 5 star

This unit is outdated, loose faucets, peeling paint, rusty coffee maker. I was in town for a family funeral so the location met our needs, but my family and I were completely disappointed with the condition of this unit.

We really liked the location to the beach. The condo needs some updating and TLC. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and the other side of the island. It is right next to a cat sanctuary so beware there are cats everywhere although it didn't bother us.

Great location

This is a great location for accessing the northern beach at Fish Haul. Very quiet property. The TVs in the 2 bedrooms worked fine.The TV in the main living space was beyond frustrating with 3 remotes - spectrum, roku, and insignia and no instructions. For heaven sakers, leave a guide for your guests!
