Newly renovated Coastal Retreat Villa. Features a two-bedroom with two -bath spacious villa. This is “ 155 Beachwalk “located in Shipyard , which is a gated community with easy beach access, along with three nine -hole golf course and tennis center with awarding experiences.
Get ready to relax and enjoy . This villa has all the comforts of home. This is an end unit which gives you more privacy. Features a well-equipped eat- in kitchen with large patio area off the kitchen. Just ten steps to the front door.
Bedrooms are spacious. A master with a king and second bedroom is a guest room with queen bed. Both have a full private bathroom. Extra sleeping space is a couch with a queen. Good quality with a comfortable mattress.
Washer and dryer is in the closet off of the kitchen area. Electric fireplace in the living room
Walk out your front door to a short walk , to the Beavh path , which is minutes to the Shipyard Beach house. Offers restrooms and showers for your use . Direct walkway to the beach from the villa that is very well .Pool on site for complex is steps away from the villa.
Hilton Head Island offers 12 miles of “pristine white” sandy beaches. You are close to shopping and over 200 restaurants
Our bike paths thru shipyard are well maintained . Shipyard offers you a private beach area but you are close to the main attractions. We leave a lot of information in the villa for you, regarding restaurants menus, where to go, children’s activities and golf and tennis information

Wonderful place, we would love to come back

This private and peaceful place was exactly what we needed. It was spotless and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals easily. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this unit again without hesitation.

Teresa was spectacular. Answered questions nearly immediately. Provided great info to get checked in. Best I've seen.Property was great. Love the cyber locks to avoid carrying keys around. Wonderful property.

Great Stay Near Beach

Beautiful home in a quiet community. Walk out the door, make a right and take walkway to the beach. It only took us 7 minutes to walk to the beach. The pool was a minute walk away. The whole community is great. Nice walking trails. Great pool. The apartment itself was the perfect size for us three. It’s our new favorite condo on the island. If you don’t need to have a beach view but want to be in walking distance and close to a pool. This is the place.

All I can say is WOW. This condo was just perfect. It was clean, updated and so extremely comfortable. Teresa was so attentive before, during and after our stay. Great location. Our new favorite place and I am super picky! We cant wait to book again!

"Our Happy Place"!!

This is a beautiful well equipped condo within walking distance to the beach and it has a lovely onsite pool !! The beach is clean and wide and perfect for families with children! There are wonderful bike riding paths around Shipyard Plantation and it is an easy ride to Coligny Plaza for breakfast at Skillet's Cafe'! Our favorite place for dinner is the Skullcreek Boathouse followed by icecreams at Shelter Cove!! We will definitely return to Hilton Head for another peaceful and relaxing week!!
