Complete remodeled 1 Bedroom Ocean Front Villa sleeps 6 on the top floor (3rd floor). This villa looks directly over the pool and beach. Watch a beautiful sunrise from your balcony while having your morning coffee or sip on your favorite drink while listening to the waves crashing on the shore during your own personal happy hour.

Bedroom offers a king size bed with new suite mattress and pillows. Sleep in luxury just like you would at many resorts. It also offers a closet and dresser for your belongings. The hall has 2 built in bunk beds large enough to sleep small adults or kids. Comfortable living room area has a brand new queen sofa sleeper and recliner.

The villa has quartz countertops in the kitchen and is equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances to include a full size range, refrigerator with ice maker, built-in microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig and 12 cup pot), and sink with garbage disposal. Other amenities include full set of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, a full line of cooking utensils, new pans, blender and crock pot. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom as well as a 50” SMART TV in the living room. Bathroom has a walk in shower vanity with quartz surround, and hair dryer. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom, kitchen and on the balcony to keep you cool when you don’t want to use the AC or just to keep the air moving on a hot summer day.

The unit includes all your bedding, a starter set of towels for a party of 6, and kitchen towels. There are laundry facilities and vending machines on the 1st and 2nd floor. You can purchase a card in the first floor laundry room to use either in the 1st or 2nd laundry machines.

Other things available on the property are bike rentals, a beautiful playground for your children, a fitness center, 10 tennis/pickle ball courts with full-time teaching pro, pro shop, seasonal children’s activities/programs, shuffleboard, picnic tables, on site security, and a convenient store. Along with the pool/ beach bar, there is a sports bar, pizza restaurant and a full service restaurant on property.

The unit overlooks the largest ocean front pool on HHI. It also has a kiddie pool for your little ones. You will have the convenience of being able to walk up and grab a drink or sandwich in your bathing suit at the resorts pool/beach bar instead of having to go back to your villa. The pool/beach bar has deck seating and offers seasonal entertainment. Also, when your kids or you want an afternoon treat just walk up and grab a snow cone or an ice cream cone.

Imagine sitting on the balcony having a morning cup of coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise or seeing all the beautiful colors of the evening sky while enjoying a glass of wine listening to the crashing waves of the ocean. The balcony has a pub style table with 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs.

The resort is located in a very convenient location on the island. The Breeze island shuttle is located at the entrance of the resort and will take you around the island. It is also close to many restaurants, marinas, shopping centers including an outlet mall, miniature golf, golf courses, miles of bike trails, jogging paths and a wildlife center.
