Ocean One 321 - Oceanfront Condo

This 3rd floor oceanfront condo sleeps 8-10 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, and two doubles in bedroom 3. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 321 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This light and airy property has ceramic tile or wood flooring throughout. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Great property and agency. The only thing we encountered was the property was under construction and the elevators were not working which was not ideal. Would still recommend and would stay here again. Great for families. Pool was really nice and beach access was great.

Can't wait to book again!

We had a recent visit here and we were extremely pleased! The property was as clean as it could be on the beach. Do you ever really get all the sand off the floor? Everything within the listing was as advertised. You couldn't ask for a better location and access to the beach. Great views from the balcony of the beach and the pool area. We highly recommend this place to others and look forward to hopefully booking again next year.

This condo was the perfect size for my family of 9! Every bedroom had a shower so getting ready for dinner was not an issue. The location was walking distance to many great restaurants!! Would definitely stay here again!

Love the location of this condo! We vacation with little people and everything was close enough to walk to. Great access to the beach, always open chairs at the pool, minutes to shopping, dining and ice cream. The condo is comfy for all of us, with each family having their own room/bathroom. Looking forward to our visit next year!

Little Inconveniences add up to a Big Dissappointment

The was my second consecutive year renting this unit. The location is fantastic but the room itself is in need of some upgrades. I was hoping there would be at least be a few updates this year but nothing changed. The decor is outdated, and the furniture and bedding are very worn. In fact, my pillowcase was a size too small for my pillow. There were no extra linens available. When we arrived, there were only 3 hangers in the entire unit so I had to call the management company. They responded quickly and brought us some that evening. There is no community kitchen pantry stocked with staples like spices, olive oil, trash bags, foil, etc. My parents stayed in another unit and theirs was nicely stocked with pantry items. I get that it's VRBO but I had to purchase every item myself. I booked the room for two weeks and the management company provided me with only 1 trash bag and 3 packets of dishwasher soap. The ancient coffee maker died during my stay. To their credit, the management company responded quickly and brought out a replacement that afternoon. On a good note, there is a crock pot and Instapot in the unit. One day, the water was shut off for 3 hours with absolutely no notice! When I called Seashore Vacations they informed me that the Property was supposed to notify us (signs, etc.) that they were putting in a new valve which required the water to be shut off to our building. They obviously knew well in advance yet there was zero communication from the property nor management company. Imagine having a family of 5 with no access to running water and flushing toilets! Overall, the unit is not bad, it's just not great. All of those little inconveniences added up to a big disappointment. When I go on vacation, I want the unit I'm renting to be nicer than my own home, or at least AS nice. And I don't want to deal with hassles like having to ask for hangers and a new coffee pot. Unless the owner invests in updates over the winter, I won't be staying here again.

Great Accommodations for our Family Vacation

The accommodations were super! The location is ideal and within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again...will be looking at the availability calendar to book this condo again. The only thing we found not completely up to par was one mattress needs to be replaced as it sagged significantly in the middle.

Pills Found on Floor

We stayed at this rental property from 8/22-8/28/20 for a small family vacation with my husband, 1 1/2 year old daughter and both our parents. We picked this place due to its location and price range. Upon looking at reviews, we did know the property is a little dated in some parts, but that didn't bother us. The one thing that did is the lack of cleaning and the lack of response from the management team on a very serious issue. We noticed one evening that under the entertainment center being stored in a closet that we are allowed to use in the bedroom where our 1 1/2 year old took naps, there were over 100 pills that had been dropped and either swept under the entertainment center or fell under there and were not cleaned up. We stopped by the office on our way out to discuss with the manager, and he said to the paraphrase that he was sorry and it shouldn't have happened with a tone that was generic. He said the owner had an outside cleaning company. We asked for the owners information to let them know what happened, and he said he couldn't give it to us but to email him the photos and information and he would pass it on. We asked him to please have them or him contact us to let us know how they resolved this issue to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone in the future. We emailed him last Friday, 9/4 and have yet to receive a response. This could have been a life and death issue had our toddler found the pills before we did. The managers lack of response to the situation is what prompted us to let everyone know. I was hoping to not have to leave a review and resolve the situation privately.

Condo needs deep clean.

The bathrooms were updated and nice. The balcony was beautiful with its views. The kitchen was very outdated, dirty floors, messy cabinets broken kitchen drawers. Walls needs a coat of paint. Overall cleanliness of the condo was poor. Furniture was old and dirty.
