Nestled in the middle of semi-tropical Hilton Head Island lies Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.

Our Condominium on the second floor looks over the largest pool on Hilton Head Island towards our beautiful beaches. In addition to the many amenities that Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has to offer, the Island itself has many terrific entertainment opportunities for adults and families!

Just outside the master bedroom lies a bunk area for two and a queen sleeper sofa. Our modestly priced condo will provide a terrific vacation experience!

The best week in Paradise

Great Location

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and comfortable! The pull out couch was easy and comfortable for our kids. Very little noise heard from surrounding condos! The proximity to the beach was great and easy to get on and off the beach everyday! Our kids also loved the pool and even though there were typically lots of people there it never felt overcrowded at any point!

Awesome Week!

We had a great week at this condo! this is our fourth time staying at HHI Beach and Tennis but our first staying in this condo. it was close to the pool and beach and was very well stocked. I was surprised at how close the laundry room was, that was nice! Sheri was so easy to get in touch with and was quick to help if needed. We will certainly stay here again!

Relaxing

The property has everything you would want if you play Pickleball or tennis. The only downside side is they don't allow ebikes past the guard shack . But ecars ,eg.teslas are. My wife has back issues and walking can be extremely exhausting. But she can ride a bike. In order for us to ride our ebikes on the beach we would drive our car outside the condo area park our car ,unload the bikes and use the public beach access to ride the beach. VERY unnecessary and inconvenient.

Highly Recommended

This was my family’s second trip to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort, but first time staying in this condo. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and amenities offered in the condo. The room was exactly as described and worked well for my family of 4. Just a very short walk to the pool and beach. Sheri, the host, was wonderful and remained in contact throughout our stay. We were able to check in early, which was wonderful! The amenities offered at the resort are also excellent- very family oriented. We would certainly use this condo again.

Beachfront Paradise!

Sheri was wonderful to work with. A very quick response from her every time, and always very pleasant. The condo was beautiful, the amenities on site were fabulous and the beach access was beyond perfect! There is no need to leave this complex, however, if you venture out the restaurants and activities on the “outside” are too many to list. We will be back! -“Mary from NY”- !!!

This place is in a great location. The room was very clean and close to the beach. The only down side to the room was the beds. They’re saggy and make a lot of noise when you roll over. But overall a good place to stay.

Wonderful!

The location was perfect for my needs. A 2 min walk to the beach and a view from the balcony if one didn't want to walk to the beach. Sherri was very fast in responding to my questions/needs and was willing to help. The complex is a little older but is always being cared for. Staff at complex was very helpful. The bunkbeds are cot size but an adult friend didn't have an issue sleeping there. I would rent this property again.
