This charming villa offers a stunning oceanfront view where you can savor your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. Enjoy direct beach access just minutes away or take a refreshing dip in the year-round heated pool.

The villa features a king-size bed, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families. It comes equipped with wireless internet, gated parking, elevators, and on-site laundry facilities. The complex offers two beach accesses with bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and convenient grilling and picnic areas next to the pool.

Stroll or bike to nearby Coligny Plaza for fantastic dining and shopping, or visit the neighboring Marriott and Hilton for their Oceanside Bar and Starbucks. Exciting new attractions like the Low Country Celebration Park and extensive bike paths are just down the street, enhancing your island experience.

The Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool is heated to a comfortable 82 degrees and is open daily from 9 AM to sunset, ensuring year-round enjoyment.

Fantastic location and oceanfront! Larger than the other 1 bedroom we stayed at. Loved all the hooks for hanging towels and things and extra baskets and bins for stowing away stuff so that it dodnt overcrowd the smaller space. Would love to stay again!

Great place

This was our second time to stay at this location. We find it to be in the perfect spot close to everything. We accidentally got locked out of the room and was stuck on the balcony. We called to get help. Help arrived within 30 minutes and we were so grateful! We cannot wait to come back for another 8 day vacation!

Perfect location with great view

We found this to be an absolutely perfect location (we took frequent walks and bike rides to Coligny square, and long bike rides along the beach to the southern tip of the island), with a beautiful view, a nice heated pool, and a grill area that we enjoyed using. The only things that could have made it better would be if it had electronic vs. key entry, and a more comfortable pull-out bed.

First time in Hilton head was wonderful

The unit was very nicely decorated and perfect for what we needed for the three of us. It was very clean and stocked with all the things you would need for your trip. It faced the ocean and we could easily see the pool which was wonderful. Would highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Being able to sit on the balcony and have the ocean view was perfect. This condo is great for a couple. It was very clean on check in. It is within walking distance of shopping and dining. The pool was well maintained.

Fall beach vacation

our first trip to Hilton Head worked out wonderfully. The condo we rented was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and updated. We had a great view of the ocean and the pool from our balcony. Nice short walk to the beach too! Would definitely rent again,

The condo was small for 6 but the owners had baskets for our things and other nice accommodations. Very close to beach access and pool. Easy walk to shops and ice cream. We enjoyed our week there.

Great place!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! We were able to sit on our balcony every night and watch the deer down below us as they ate. We were able to see the diving seagulls at the ocean as well. It is the perfect spot, in the perfect area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had!

Location was fantastic!

Had a wonderful time! Unit was exactly what we needed. Wish the management company would add a link to the listing to communicate before booking. Just a couple of cons. Handles in the tub need to be fixed, AC trips the breaker, and no storage for dry food. Other than those minor issues, unit had everything we needed.
