The bathroom offers a tiled shower with bench seating. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, private balcony access, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The spacious and open concept living area offers comfortable, recently updated furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to both balconies. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The well-stocked kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig Duo. A 3rd full size bathroom off the living area doubles as the laundry area for added convenience.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
