Very clean, updated property. Beach chairs and cart provided. Nice living room area with comfy couch and vaulted ceilings. We traveled with my 74 year old mother and the walk to the beach was a bit long for her. Besides that it was a very pleasant stay.

Complex is older but nice. There are two parking lot entries off of Cordillo. GPS usually takes you to the northernmost entry. Unit is clean and well maintained. Updated fairly recently. One of the nicest VRBO properties that I’ve ever used. Definitely recommended. Pools are nice, but small. Ocean is an easy 10 min walk. Coligny Square is 10-15 minute walk. Great location since you can come in the cross island parkway and avoid a lot of traffic.

Anniversary Trip

Gorgeous location in the middle of what feels like a rain forest. Everything was incredibly clean and the unit had everything we needed. Loved how spacious the unit felt and location was great. Walking, biking or driving gets you to the beach very quickly. Coligny beach and plaza are wonderful! Property manager also went out of their way and purchased a large bouquet of flowers for my wife, and had them there when we arrived. We will stay again. Thanks for everything!

Comfortable and attractive apartment in beach area

This is a very nice apartment, immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed. We could have used more help finding the unit within the development and then again finding the path from the apartment to the beach. There are good maps in the materials inside the apartment, but maybe another map in the check-in instructions would be helpful. We cooked dinner one night and would have appreciated a colander and another service bowl for the pasta.

Highly recommended!

I have been to Hilton head many times and stayed in a lot of condos. This one is my favorite. It was so clean and comfortable. It was nice to have bedrooms on a different level. Location is close to everything.

Nicely decorated and close to colony plaza

My brother, sister and my 2 grandsons stayed for a quick beach trip. We rented bikes and had a blast. The property was very nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Lots of good memories were made.

Wonderful Start to the Summer

Took a road trip down to the property, which did not disappoint! Ample space for our 4 person family. An easy eight minute walk to the beach, and right down the street from Sea Pines. Great place to stay - highly recommended!

Spring break trip

We enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for us. Everything about it was great, location, the space, ease of check in, communication etc. The only feedback I would give was that we typically stay in rentals that have a little better stocked with essentials. The quantity of shampoo, soap etc. is not enough. It was no problem, we ended up buying what we needed, but this is not our typical experience at rentals.
