We had a great stay! The location to the beach and all of the Coligny shops was perfect. The added access to the additional pools oceanfront was a perfect way to break up a beach day. A major plus was the ability to use the wagon and beach chairs located right outside of the front door in a closet - what a great addition to our stay! Brian was responsive and provided great info on check-in/check-out and codes - it was clear and outlined each detail leaving no confusion. We also had a rainy day and enjoyed a few games that were in the entertainment center of dominoes, jenga and old maid - thank you! We would definitely stay here again when we visit Hilton Head in the future.

Property is in a great location with convenient walking distance access to beach, shopping, groceries and restaurants. Condo was a perfect setup with all needs covered. We loved the Vrbo. Location was perfect, close to everything. The pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely stay there again. Just a heads up though-the beach chairs are completely rusted out and falling apart. Thought you would want to know.

The property is in a perfect location! Coligny Plaza is directly across the street with everything you need. The garage parking kept our car cool and protected from the weather. We enjoyed the live band playing at one of the restaurants right fromour balcony. Walking to the beach is very easy. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed during our stay.

Amazing location and property

Look no further for a great place to stay in Hilton Head. The property was just as pictured, had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Check in was easy,. The location could not have been better. You can walk to everything shops, beach food and entertainment. A few of our travlers were golfers and had plenty to choose from just a short drive away. Will be staying again. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

Property was very nice. The problem was the building was under construction. Pool and hot tub were closed and we weren't even allowed in the condo we paid for the last day of our trip. Owner said he was unaware of the construction which was a lie because the workers said it was going on for the last three months

A Short Winter Visit to Hilton Head

The property was clean, well kept, and well stocked. Brian, the owner, was rapidly responsive to any inquiries or needs. Love the location next-door to Coligny. Also like being able to walk to the beach with ease. I wish the folks at Coligney would tell their leaf blower people not to start at 6:45 AM. That is not the property owner‘s fault and does not affect our writing of the property.

The perfect place!

My two teenager boys, their friends and his mom came for a long weekend over fall break. The condo was beautiful and so clean. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and enjoyed it after a day at the beach, too. The close proximity to Coligny Plaza, the beach, and many other shopping and dining options alloys to park the car and just relax. If we had any questions or concerns Brian was always quick and thorough to respond. I would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Exactly as described, and perfect for our family!

We love Coligny, and this location was absolutely perfect! The condo came equipped with everything we needed- communication was great, they were very responsive to help us coordinate additional items, ie: a pack and play for our daughter. The porch was wonderful for breakfast in the morning and listening to music from the restaurants in Coligny at night while our kids were in bed. The pool was right outside the door, which was very convenient, but we also enjoyed the larger pool across the street which had beach access. The locker outside the front door was stocked with chairs and a wagon which was also extremely helpful for getting our family to enjoy the beach! Overall, it was a wonderful stay- highly recommend!
