WALK TO THE BEACH!! First floor condo, fully renovated

The Spa on Port Royal sound is a gated resort, located in the "heel" of this beautiful, foot-shaped island. It is found at the end of Beach City Road, in a quiet, secluded, natural setting but very close to anything you need.

This first floor condo has been newly renovated throughout. There is a well-stocked kitchen with new appliances and new bathrooms, both with tubs and showers. Both the master bedroom & guest bedrooms have comfortable beds. The living room and bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and there is a DVD player in the living room. The condos have Wi-Fi. We provide high quality towels and linens including beach towels. Everything you need is here including soaps, detergents for dishes, dishwasher and laundry, paper towels, and toilet paper. Should there be a day with rain, you can also enjoy family board games, or choose a book from our "mini" library ( take a book to keep and/or leave a book!) There is a fully remodeled inside pool in the middle of our complex as well as a hot tub and sauna & fitness room with new equipment. The dining area can seat 6 people with 2 extra wooden folding chairs in guest room closet. The lanai is a cozy, new & comfortable space to relax, with new opening windows with screens.

The Spa has 2 outdoor pools, (one near the beach,) as well as the heated indoor pool, all with bathrooms and Wi-Fi. The complex has many charcoal grills and picnic tables scattered throughout the grounds and 3 tennis courts as well as a basketball court and small playground. It's a 3-4 minute stroll to the private, natural beach, or you can drive & park if you have a lot to carry. At the beach there is a pier, with seating. It's a fun place to explore, fish from shore or go clamming. Hilton Head Island completed a sand renourishment program in June 2016, which happens every 10 years. If you want to spend a day on a traditional public beach with lifeguards, there are 3 or 4 located close by within a 5 minute drive.
