Huna apart, toimii osittain.
Uusi kokonaisuus. Kalustus käynnissä, huonekaluja puuttuu huoneista, keitiönurkkaus myös ilman mitään välineitä. Kun kaikki saatu paikalleen uskon että hyvä tulee. Alueella elämää päivisun mutta illat hyvinkin rauhallisia. Hinta laatusuhde tällä hetkellä sopiva.
