Room is clean and the cleaners come everyday. However if you dont want your room cleaned and have put the 'Do not disturb' sign, still expect relentless knocking on your door and phone calls asking if you want the room cleaned.
Even after telling them to please not call or knock if the 'dnd' sign is there, they didnt listen.
Other staff on the ground floor are very uninterested and unhelpful. Staff continune to sit at the tables on their phones when you come to sitdown for food. One instance i sat down at a table for 10 minutes whilst deciding what to order for food while a group of 6 workers starred at me and we're laughing. After getting up to place my order they told me the kitchen is closed. Why no one could have told me that earlier instead of gossiping about me i have no clue
Outside of these issues and the location being far from the centre, the stay was decent
