Loved the customer service ! Shout out to Chloe for making wonderful recommendation and even helped get jewelry we left at a spa. She personally made sure it was found and delivered to us! Buffet breakfast is not huge selection as other large hotels but the quality was much better! Location can’t be beat and I enjoyed the boutique hotel experience. Walls are little thin so you can hear room next door but they provided white noise machine to help with that. 1000% we would return and stay here. Rooms are very good size as well!

Best location you can ever ask for. Right in the middle of District 1, walking distance to several points of interest. However it can get noisy at night due to pubs and clubs surrounding the property.

The staff here are lovely and so helpful! They always go above and beyond to help. The location of the hotel is also great and is walking distance to good food and attractions.

We stayed here for the night. Hotel was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was weird with shower in with the toilet. Thankfully the toilet paper didn't get wet! Some dodgy looking bars around the corner and across the street (we were there Friday night).

We had a great experience to stay with M hotel in Saigon. The M Hotel’s location is the best in the central of the city was very convenient to get in and out and around. The M hotel was very clean, and staffs were supper friendly and very helpful. Service was great and they were professional, the morning breakfast complimentary was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed to stay in M hotel, and very happy to introduce to friends and family to stay with the M hotel for my next trip to Saigon việtnam
