Beautiful newly renovated Lake property surrounded by a beautiful forest filled with chanterelles, blueberries and lingonberries. A 13 feet rowing boat for fishing is included.

Bedroom no.2 has two singles beds with lake view
Bedroom no.3 has two singles beds with lake view
Duvet & Pillows are provided. Beddings & Towels is included in the cleaning fee.
Bathroom with new toilet, shower & laundry machine. Dryer are located in the basement.
Kitchen has new freezer and fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher..
Living room 1 with TV, Netflix, German & Spanish satellite, DVD, video games, Stereo
Living room 2 with dining table that seats up to 10 ppl
Living room 3 has a small library, desk and a sofa bed.

Nice and very quite location
The house is equipped with all you need. The wifi is exceptional good. Lots of wildlife, elk, fox, deer, fish eagle, .... are present. The forrest behind the house is wild and rough but interesting to walk. Only negative topics were the mosquitos, massively present and even more at the boat dock and the long way to paddle to open water on the lake. Good fishing on that part. Lots of visits possible in Dalsland and Bohuslän. Some tips: An anchor for the boat Long chairs on the terrace Many thanks again best regards Jan

Well equipped house in a very nice location
The house is equipped with everything you need. It's very clean and you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. We also liked the location by the lake. The property is quite large and very suitable for small children. We enjoyed the time very much.

Mitten in der Natur
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig inmitten erholsamer Natur. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Direkt am Grundstück beginnt der Wald und der Blick auf den See ist toll. Es ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge an die Küste, zum Vänern, Dalslandkanal .... aber auch im Haus und auf dem Grundstück und auf dem Bootssteg lässt sich die Zeit genießen!

Liebe auf den ersten Blick
Für uns war es der erste Urlaub in Schweden. Das Haus ist perfekt und hat unseren Urlaub abgerundet. Es bietet alles was man benötigt und es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist super gemütlich, gepflegt und in perfekter Harmonie zur Umgebung. Die Umgebung ist die pure Erholung und sogar der Regen ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden der Natur ein. Der Blick auf dem See beim morgendlichen Kaffee lässt den Tag perfekt beginnen. Und nicht nur das Haus hat uns tief beeindruckt, auch Schweden hat uns in seinen Bann gezogen. Vielen Dank das wir unseren Urlaub in diesen magischen und beeindruckenden Haus verbringen durften.

Traumhaus im Nirgendwo
Wir genossen einige Tage schwedischen Spätsommer in diesem mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Bijou. Bereits die Vorabinformationen von Maria und Jared sind perfekt und auch das Haus bietet alles was das Herz begehrt: Natur pur, viel Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und eine richtig gemütliche Einrichtung. In den Abendstunden sieht man immer mal wieder Rehe auf dem Grundstück und morgens mit etwas Glück sogar einen Elch. Der Sternenhimmel ohne Lichtverschmutzung ist bombastisch! Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus gerne weiter empfehlen.

Awesome house and environment
A cosy, spacious, comfortable house with real Swedish elements. Stayed here with 6 adults and two little girls. Although the weather was very rainy sometimes we've had a great stay. Everything you need is available in the house. We loved cooking at the big grill on the deck. The amazing hikes in the woods, spotting elk, foxes and deer ( even in the garden), searching for chanterelles etc. Unfortunately the berry time was over. We'll miss the quietness and the beautiful view of the lake.

Wundervolles Haus
Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Es strahlt Gemütlichkeit und Wärme aus. Das Esszimmer erinnerte uns an ein Freilichtmuseum. Die Ausstattung war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Sogar gute Messer waren da! Etwas, was ich sonst nie in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt habe. Das Haus ist abgelegen, die nächsten Nachbarn sind mindestens 500 Meter entfernt. Optimal für meine laute Familie mit 5 Kindern. 😉

Beautiful Place!
We have spend two weeks at this lovely house and we loved it! Right from the very first minute we have felt at home and the owner and the woman who looks after the house are very kind and helpfull. The kids could play in the garden and we were reading and relaxing. Besides, there are enough things to do in that part of Sweden and if you feel like staying at the house, that is a perfect opportunity, too. We can really recomend it!

Tolles Haus
Wenn wir an unseren diesjährigen Schweden-Urlaub denken, dann sind das Erinnerungen an tolles Wetter, wunderbare Natur und an ein Haus, in dem man sich wohl fühlt und das alles bietet, was man im Ferien-Alltag so braucht. Auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See kann man herrlich frühstücken und abends bei einem Gläschen Wein die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.
