In der Werbung war Bild nur von Hauptgebäude, deswegen haben wir dort ein Zimmer gebucht. Tatsächlich sind da zwei Gebäude, wir haben ein Zimmer in anderem Gebäude im Dachgeschoss mit Dachfenster bekommen, so das wir keinen schönen Landschaft genießen konnten. Ansonsten war alles gut, Personal ist sehr nett.

Check-in war problemlos. Die Einrichtung ist gut. Allerdings war die Bettwäsche muffig und es war sehr unangenehm darin zu schlafen. Außerdem war praktisch kein WLAN vorhanden.

Fint sted, men hotels.com svigtede os lidt.
Jeg var lidt ærgerlig over at modtage bekræftelse fra hotels.com og så ankomme til et hotel, som ikke var klar over, at vi kom. Vi havde bestilt 2 enkelt værelser i 2 nætter ifm. MC-tur. Den unge mand som vi talte med, fik det ordnet, så vi fik et 2.personers rum for den første nat men kunne ikke hjælpe den anden nat. Næste morgen gik mysteriet op. Den ansvarlige leder/ejer havde have nogle dage fri, hvor notificationer fra hotels.com ikke blev læst/behandlet, så derfor sender hotels.com en bekræftelse til kunden (en proces som burde revurderes). Det skal siges, at hotellet gjorde meget for at finde et andet rum og fandt et på et nærliggende hotel. Det var blot slet ikke det vi bestilte hjemmefra, men igen et dobbeltrum. Gasthaus Polenztal er meget rent og med gode madrasser. Der var ikke så tyst om natten, som vi bedst kunne ønske, idet der er noget trafikstøj, men vi var så tilpas trætte, at det ikke vækkede os. Morgenmaden er buffet og var god med mange forskellige ting at smage. Min ven, som er muslim, glædede sig over, at fx ost og skinke ikke var på samme fad. Vil sådan set gerne besøge hotellet igen, men så bliver der ringet derned inden. Accept fra hotels.com har vist sig ikke til at stole på.
