Looking for a house with a SAFE walk to the beach access? No need to cross any busy highways to get to the beach here at Shark Tooth Haven! Our beach access is only about 100 steps north of our home across the much slower beach road, S. Shore Dr.

Whether you love fishing, relaxing on the beach, or looking for shells & shark teeth, "Shark Tooth Haven" in Surf City is an amazing place to get away for a fun and relaxing beach vacation!

3 Separate outdoor living spaces + fenced in yard!!! Enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck or patio and the sunset on the screened in porch! Outdoor shower with hot/cold water!!! Only about 100 safe steps to the beach access. Also, we have 2 driveways for plenty of parking!

This oceanside retreat is ideal for multi-family vacations or group gatherings. 5 couples OR 4-5 couples and 4-6 kids can comfortably share this space.

There is ample parking spaces between the two driveways. Washer/Dryer on each floor. All linens are provided with at least 1 bath towel per registered guest.

You are renting upstairs and downstairs together but you can shut the door at the stairs and keep each floor completely separated.

For your safety and ours, there is an exterior Ring doorbell camera and Ring floodlight camera on premises monitoring both driveways and the front door.

This is one full side of a DUPLEX ; however there is no connected decks or driveways with the home connected next door, WE HAVE A VERY PRIVATE DETACHED HOME FEEL.

Immaculate property - we had a varsity soccer team play in the area and stay the weekend for a memorable experience for the lads. The house has every comfort and security needed to have a great/safe time at the beach with a family or group. No detail left unnoticed from the aility to adjust the thermostat to safety treads on the wooden stairs. Ryan and Kelly are top shelf hosts, and this is the first place I will check when coming to the area.

Time with the kids and grandkids

Thoroughly recommend! Great location. Across the street from the beach. Spacious home with well stocked kitchen. Owner great with communicating. It was a great long weekend with our kids and grandkids ! First time at this beach. I must say….we all agreed this was the best location than other beaches (Myrtle Beach, Ocea Isle). We will come back to this location
