Wonderful beach stay

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this space. Everything was so clean and close to everything. The pool was steps away, and the private beach access was about a 5 minute walk. My 3 year-old loved staying at the “hotel house,” and we look forward to hopefully staying again for our yearly summer beach trip. Thanks so much to the hosts for everything!

Great stay!

The property was just as pictured. Five it is a great location near the beach and overlooks the pool. Private entrance for the beach! Perfect place to stay and the communication with the owners was great! Would recommend this property to anyone !

Perfect spot with extra accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and loved how convenient everything was. The pool, the beach (private access), the playground across the street, marsh boardwalk, and a short drive (or decent walk) to surf city shops/restaurants/etc. Dan and Ellyse were always very quick to respond to any of our questions. 10/10!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this Surf City townhouse. We were within walking distance to restaurants, the beach and pier. Easy checkin and super clean. Linens, towels and pillows were plentiful. The boogie boards were a hit with our teens. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Fantastic

Family reunion went fabulously. Had a very comfortable home awaiting us when we returned from day’s activities. Beautiful layout. Color scheme was warm and inviting. All amenities were beyond thoughtful! Beach towels, water toys and everything you could want was at your fingertips. The washer and dryer helped us immensely since we were traveling with an 18 month old! The beach was just a short walk away. The pool was cloudy and questionable as we saw small humans with diapers on and not swimmers. (No fault of the owners) Loved this home and would definitely stay here again. The HOA needs to step up their game to match the owners attention to detail!! Rating a 5 out of 5! Clean and inviting!

Perfect get away

The stay was like living in a home away from home. Everything was cozy and clean..short walk to pool and beach. Neighborhood was polite and quiet. Having access to washer and dryer was great. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fell in love with Surf City

What a great surprise to be greeted with a little welcome basket filled with goodies and a sweet note. Everything was already there, like paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrellas. It was well stocked! Only wish we had a blender for margaritas and salsa. But seriously
5 STARS!!!!! Loved it!

Perfect ocean hideway

Our family have been visiting Surf City for 3 years . This year we picked a perfect location in regards to a distance to our favorite juice place and coffee shop. Every morning we just walk on beach not even a mile and we were able to get our favorite drinks in the morning or lunch at noon. Dan and Elise place is fully renovated , bright, super clean and there is a pool as well which is a rare at the island. Outdoor shower is new and very handy on daily basis. We will return for sure! Very accommodating!

I booked this property for my parents who are in their 60s. The owners are exceptionally accommodating and made my parents feel welcome. The property's balconies overlook the pool and the beach is a 5-10 min. walk. They would stay again!
