“Water’s Edge 204S” is part of the beach side Water’s Edge Condominiums. These condos are perfectly placed, as you’ll see during your stay. Nestled in the city of Holmes Beach, right off the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 204S is the premiere choice for a coastal getaway. A great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the island sunsets.

This beachside unit is spacious and can accommodate six. The master bedroom has a king-bed, with amenities such as a flat screen TV and a tub shower combo. The guest bedroom has two full beds. Stylish, well decorated, the Holmes Beach rental has everything you’ll need to enjoy your island stay. A lovely kitchen where you can prepare your meals, and a dining room that seats six. Or, if you’d rather take in the sights while you eat, dine out on the balcony. Enjoy lovely views as you lounge and eat, and once you’re done take a trip to the beach, as the condominium gives you direct access.

All of Anna Maria Island is yours to explore. Take a stroll to the free trolley stop, the trolley runs nearly the entire length of the island. Visit the various other beaches that span the island. To the north you’ll find Pine Avenue, where you can experience some of the finest restaurants that Anna Maria Island has to offer. To the south you’ll find more public beaches, as well as more island dining and even live entertainment.

Fun and charming gulf front Holmes Beach vacation rental condominium, “Water’s Edge 204S – 5806 Gulf Drive”. Sleeps (4) in (2) bedroom (2) bathroom: 1 king bed, and 2 full beds. Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. If you do not wish to pay with the bank account or credit card on file, please reach out to pay several days in advance of 60 days prior to your arrival. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Our stay was amazing! While it’s a public beach, the public beach accesses are far enough way that you almost feel it’s a private beach. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back to AMI!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great ... quiet, not crowded, and central to everything, Loved being able to sit on the deck with my morning coffee and listen to the waves. The pool was nice, and there were 8 sea turtle nests on the beach in our vicinity.

This was our first time to AMI and absolutely loved it! Condo was located in a great spot to easily access north Anna Maria and Bradenton beach attractions. We highly recommend getting a golf cart. The condo was well equipped and beach was amazing! Easy walk to and from the unit to the beach. We would definitely stay at this property again. Check in process was a bit confusing because we came in at 9:00 pm and had no access codes but it was resolved quickly.

Great Location

This condo was a great find - we have never been to Anna Maria Island before so we didn't know what to expect. It was so easy to check in and enter, and the location was excellent. The unit itself is clean and kept up, and the complex itself was VERY quiet! Beautiful pool and very clean, easy-to-access beach was great to have too.
