Great location and sizeable property for just the two of us and our 2 dogs. Location is quiet, within easy reach of pebble beach, village with local pub and coffee shop. Easy access to the north Norfolk coast and inland areas and the many walks. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers. Property is adequately equipped, spacious with parking for 1 car, although you can park on the street, although would've like more info on the facilities that were to hand. If you're going to stay I'd advised booking evening meals out well in advance before you arrive. Overall a pleasant stay and we had good weather which was a bonus!
