While the condo offers vibrant city views, the main bedroom lanai provides a peek of the ocean for a touch of island charm. You will quickly cool down after a beach day with split ACs in the living area, main bedroom and guest bedroom.

Perfect for families or couples traveling together, this stylish and spacious retreat puts you just steps from the beach, dining, and shopping.

***Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 9/21/2026 - 10/2/2026 (City lanai) & 10/19/2026 - 10/30/2026 (Diamond Head lanai). During this time, the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Lanai furniture will be stored inside the unit for the duration of the work. The building will also be working on the windows for this stack from 10/5/2026 - 10/16/2026. Guests may experience some construction-related noise during scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Project schedules and work activities are subject to change. We really appreciate the amenities, beach supplies and closeness to everything without being in the middle of everything. Unit was clean, responsibilities were clear and reasonable. The road noise can be a bit loud at times, glad I brought along a sound machine to block some of that out. An easy walk to the beach, food options and shops. Would definitely recommend to others visiting. Family of 5, all adults for age reference.

Worst 2 bedroom ever rented. Ac not working in half of unit. Had no help and had to get another room at the Hilton next door. Over weekend and had to go to Walmart for blankets and pillows. When maintenance came no solution but to remove bed from wall and hope it worked. Tower 1045 would be a hard pass if we ever came back.
