Waterfront 4-Bedroom Home on Private Peninsula w/ Private Dock!

This beautiful, expansive, private peninsula spans nearly two acres and is a destination unto itself within the quaint and beautiful settlement of Hope Town, on Elbow Cay, Abaco. Featuring a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a private pool and a large, very protected, 90ft dock for easy access and safe anchorage for your vessel(s), this boater's haven is a gem of a property, unlike any other in Hope Town. Great for large families and those that may like to entertain and spend time outdoors, guests can arrive back at their private dock after a day of boating, fishing or beaching, and get to unwind on one of the many decks surrounding the home. Breathtaking sunset views and cocktails in hand are a favourite pastime for our guests. The property runs sea to sea, and is surrounded by 270 degrees of water, situated on the protected/leeward side of Hope Town, close to Firefly Sunset Resort and the world-famous Tahiti Beach.

This very eco-friendly property also features a complete solar system to power the home, a back-up standby generator, piped music with a speaker system throughout the house, a water RO system, and an outdoor kitchen for grilling. Standup paddelboards are available as well as a mini putting green, making your island happy hours just that just more chill.

Make this private oasis your next vacation destination in Hope Town. Having a boat is a must when renting this property. There is no golf cart access directly to the property. We recommend booking golf carts in advance due to high demand on the island. Caretaker's assistance is available (and included) for all of our bookings - additional details are provided. Private events available only upon request.

The property is beautiful. Location is ideal if you are a competent boater. A 30' center console is a must have for this trip and gives you access to all of the fun things to do on the surrounding islands. The dock is well protected and the channel into the cove is well marked. The owner was easy to work with and accommodating when a small maintenance issue popped up. The views from the pool and beach chairs on the peninsula are outstanding. Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break 2025

Perfect property for our family of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids). Location is charming and amenities plentiful between pool, putting green, paddle boards, expansive boat dock, and great porch. Location is ideal with easy boating to Hope Town north and Abaco Inn south, just know that no golf cart access and that caretaker Junior can quickly boat you across the inlet to dock nearby where you can park golf carts.

Amazing property

What a great spot to enjoy Abaco by boat! Centrally located to visit the neighboring islands. Lots of room, perfect for 2 families! The beach and pool on the peninsula is an amazing spot to relax after a day on the water. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the boat dock was well protected. The outdoor eating area was magic! Property manager nearby if needed and owner easy to communicate with. We will be back!

We had an incredible stay at TipSea Point on Elbow Cay! The home itself is beautiful—well-designed, spacious, and perfectly maintained. The pool and landscaping make the property feel like a private resort, with stunning views all around.The dock was a huge highlight for us, easily accommodating our 42ft HCB center console. It made getting on and off the water seamless, and really elevated the whole experience. The house caretaker was very helpful and can ferry you across the shallow cove if needed, but we highly recommend having your own boat to make the most of this secluded oasis.Overall, TipSea Point delivers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and island luxury. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great time at this incredible property! The property itself is stunning and has so many activities on site (paddle boarding, putt putt, pool, etc.). Junior is also on site and is the nicest person ever - he is alert of the property, and let us know about a rope issue before it became an issue. The house is gorgeous, furnished very well, and accommodated a multi-generation family easily. As of now, access to the house is limited by water - so you must have a golf cart (reservations needed a year in advance (we didn’t have one)) or a boat (we went by boat and would have been nice to explore the island more by land). All in all, would recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect family + friends vacation

We vacationed with our kids and some of their friends. The property was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The expansive peninsula had multiple seating areas- all super comfortable and with 360 views of the gorgeous sunsets. The dock fit our boating needs well - the water ferry could almost make it at low tide - and absolutely reached the dock at higher (not just highest) tides. Junior could have helped, but we used our boat to bridge the gap. Snorkeling was fun on the side of the peninsula with a small sandy beach. Having the house ONLY accessible by boat was a huge advantage for us. The teens were within a limited range, yet they had ample freedom to roam and have their own space because the property was expansive and well landscaped. The main room of the house was a great place for gathering for meals, games, puzzles, movies and even dancing! The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were VERY comfortable. We highly recommend!
