WELCOME TO OUTERBANKS OF HOT SPRINGS ARKANSAS!! This LAKEFRONT CONDO has the most serene views of the water! This condo has everything you need to feel like you are at home!! Come enjoy a relaxing weekend with LAKEFRONT VIEWS!!!
The space
When you stay at our condo, you will have the ENTIRE place to yourself! Located RIGHT ON THE WATER, you will have a BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the lake from inside the living room and kitchen. There is a queen bed in the bedroom right as you walk in the main door There are closets in that bedroom as well. The pull out couch is located in the Livingroom where that turns into a queen bed too.

The condo is located inside a gated community. You will receive a code to the gate as a part of your check-in instructions. There is 1 designated parking spot in front of the condo you are staying in, and additional parking at the back if needed. Outer banks is located on the bottom floor so no need to climb stairs.
Guest access
We have tried to make the check-in process as simple and hassle-free as possible. The condo itself has a keyless entry...all you need is your code to the front door, which you will receive a few days before your check-in time. You will receive the code to the gate at the entry of the complex with your check-in instructions too.
Other things to note

Our condo has 2 SMART tv’s where you can watch anything you like on the TV like Netflix.

Our kitchen space is fully furnished meaning everything you need to cook and prepare meals is already in the kitchen for you! Although there is no dishwasher, guests tell me all the time how they had everything they needed to cook great meals and enjoy the kitchen space!! The condominium even has an outdoor grilling area, so we have grilling utensils and seasonings in the kitchen for you!

Serene Getaway

Josh is very responsive to questions. He welcomed with drinks and cinnamon rolls for pur first morning. The condo was clean and in working order. Pleasantly decorated. The view is beautiful and the river is quiet and peaceful. The condo is a 20 minute drive from downtown hot springs and from the lake area, 15 minutes from the grocery stores if you forgot anything. Oh, and the river is quieter on weekdays since there are less boats. It's also located far up the mountain away from traffic noise. I want to come.back here again. Thanks, Josh.

Not an accurate description

Overall description was inaccurate. Listing stated it was minutes away from downtown. It was 20 minutes. Description says couch was a queen size. It was double/full at best so my kids were uncomfortable. There was a leak coming out of the wall by the bathroom when shower was going. Air conditioner unit in the bedroom made a loud click and pop noise all night and kept us up. The location was beautiful and directly on the lake. The walls were very thin as it was loud next to us and above us. When letting the owner know we decided to leave a day early due to the uncomfortable conditions he was very dismissive and implied that bc nobody else complained of a leak that it was mine and my problem alone. So. It was wasted money for sure. Very disappointed in the "hospitality" and deception of the description.

Ouchita River Gem!

My family of four had the BEST time staying here over fall break. The girls (ages 8 and 10) enjoyed swimming in the river and I enjoyed watching a bald eagle catch his breakfast two mornings in a row! The condo was cute and comfortable. However, the couch folds down into a full bed (not a queen) and wasn't quite big enough for our kids to share. No problem, though, since we had brought a blow up mattress as a back up. The owners were communicative and helpful and checkin/checkout were a breeze. Though I wish our upstairs neighbors hadn't (loudly) gotten up at 5:15 am, it seems I was the only one of my family who was disturbed. Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I brought our motorcycles to ride in the mountains for the weekend. This was the perfect location for our stay. The condo was perfect, smelled so nice, was located in a gated area and had a nice walkway all along the lake. Cheaper than a hotel too!
