Guest Access:

The entire studio apartment as well a 1 parking space on the left side of the main house is yours to enjoy. The driveway on the left side of the main house is for guests renting The Loft at Oakwood Manor.



The driveway on the right side of the main house is for guests renting the Main house. Please do not park or use the driveway on the right side of the main house.



If you have more than 1 vehicle, it must be parked on the street. Street parking is free.



The Neighborhood:

You are just steps away from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row are about 5 minutes away by car. We are just off Central Avenue which is the main drag of Hot Springs. Movie theaters, grocery stores, great restaurants, and shops are all just minutes away.
