This one level home is fully furnished and has everything you need for the perfect get away. There are three bedrooms, all with Queen size beds, and 2 full bathrooms that are all fully furnished with fresh linens.

Please Note: There is garage access to this home, however the driveway and the car pull in area are steep and there are stairs up to the front door. Once in the home, grab the Garage door opener and you will be able to pull right in and access home from level surface.

This rental is not located on the lake, but it is right across the street, and you can see the lake from the house.

Conveniently located 2.5 miles inside the west gate and only 20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs, you can enjoy all that Hot Springs has to offer as well as all the things to do inside Hot Springs Village - local shopping, restaurants, lakes, golf courses, biking and hiking trails and so much more! You are within 2 miles of Waypoint Marina on Lake DeSoto, the DeSoto walking trail, a gas station, liquor store and a Mexican restaurant.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away!

Pets are considered with prior consent and a deposit. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home. 

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the use of the fireplace in this rental is prohibited.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
