Absolutely amazing up north get away. Quaint cozy clean cabins, a play area for kids, a nice beach with kayaks available. The owner Tom, was really kind, definitely a
The location is close to the water, easy to get in and out of. Shallow water was great for playing in. The cabin left a lot to be desired. There are NO bedroom doors, making privacy, and varying bedtimes very difficult. The electrical is scary- one light we kept off due to flickering. There are no outlets in the bedrooms so charging phones, white noise, cpap machines arenât happening. Furniture is not comfortable. Overall, the location is the saving grace of this place. A lot of time, effort and work needs put into the cabins.
Memorial weekend stay with the family. Was a nice area and cabin was equipped with everything we needed. The only tough thing is that my husband is 6â3â so the cabin was a bit of a tight fit for him especially the bathroom/shower. Lots of amenities that unfortunately we werenât able to take advantage of because the weather wasnât the greatest. Host was great and readily available
was as described, wifi and tv streaming could be better, we just watched tv shows on our iPad and used our own data, what was supplied might have reached the dock but you couldn't do anything with it lol! the party store within walking distance had everything we needed plus, awesome pizza breakfast sandwiches and the meat market 5 miles away was unbelievably awesome!
We stayed at the property for 4 nights and 5 days. Tom (the owner) stopped by on day of check in to make sure we had all we needed. We loved the close access to water and beach and the kids were up and swimming within minutes of waking each day! The shared ammenities of the fire pit, dock and playscape was great! The cabin was well stocked and.EXTREMELY clean upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again!
