The room was very clean the staff was very discriminating. Made my kids and I feel very uncomfortable you only can eat in lobby not to your room or it’s a. Charge. we have stayed at the hotel many times, hotel is always clean and staff professional. I would give them a 5 but ice machine on third floor was broke when we were there at Thanksgiving and was still broke on this trip month later
