Upon check in the room was filthyso I had to re-clean everything I was never asked about pets or told anything about a pet deposit and then after I had been there a week they want to spring a $200 deposit on me out of nowhere When I tried to pay for the next week 100 of its was non refundable rooms are so small

It was dirty even though it was a no-smoking room, it smelled horrible and when I went outside it smelled strongly of marijuana, awful. They didn't come to clean the room even once.
