Initially when I arrived which was later in the evening, I tried to have a shower and had no water pressure and it was cold, which was really frustrating because it was a long travel day. However, they fixed it asap in the morning and it was the best shower after that, hot with plenty of pressure. Also, I checked out a day early, but still had to pay for the room because I booked it through Expedia.

Very clean, great food at the bar. Had a steak. Nice work out facilities for a hotel. Room was very well kept and clean. Only hotel I really slept well in due to comfortable beds. Top notch. Staff was amazing as well. Legit anytime I go to Houston i will stay here.

Sorry we had to ck out at 6 am to be at hospital so we missed breakfast. There did look like pet hair on sofa pillow. But it was a very nice room & because of my husband’s procedure we have booked for the 19th.

Clean room, comfortable beds and helpful staff. But the shower was the highlight of our stay!! Large walk-in a great shower-head. Dinner in the restaurant was also good. We will stay again!
