    Deradful Experience
    I had a dreadful experience did not receive the code until nearly 6pm when check-in is 3pm. More funds was required even though my invoice stated all payments covered including deposit. Took over an hour on virtual chat to seek help none was provided. They requested my identification on WhatsApp with wrong spelling in communication which was a red flag.
