Ok staff - did not know how to clean. Filth

So on arrival we were forced to stay next door to this hotel as its owned by the same owner. On approach to the room: - pile of hair with a cotton bud in it The room HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED: - Human hair all over floor - dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help) - stains all over sheets & pillows. (Apparently its how they dry them on rusty apparatus) - human hair on sheets - bathroom was dirty - soap dispenser empty - shower gel dispenser empty - black rust came out of both dispensers when pressed - asked for clean ben linen - has to wait for a manager to approve - told didnt need it - manager approved it That was room 1 The door to the toilet locked so we had to change rooms Room 2 Human hair all over floor - dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help) - stains all over sheets & pillows.
