Welcome to this charming double room in Hvar Town on the island of Hvar - ideal for couples who want to enjoy sun, sea, and Mediterranean lifestyle. The house is located on a quiet hillside, just about 400 metres from the sea, and offers a magnificent view over the Dalmatian coast.
The cosy room is located on the first floor of the well-maintained holiday home and features a private, partially covered terrace with sea view – the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or a romantic sunset. The facilities include a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi and a refrigerator. The modern bathroom is en suite and provides a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, an iron and a vacuum cleaner are also available.
In the outdoor area, a small garden with seating and a grill invites communal use. Upon request, guests can use the shared washing machine for a fee. A private parking space is located directly at the house, and public parking spaces are also available nearby. Pets are not permitted.
The house is centrally located, but quiet - restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the city centre can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The nearest gravel beach is about 400 metres away, while other bathing bays with rock or concrete plateaus can also be reached quickly.
