The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. There was enough room at the dining room table for eight people comfortably with room for more. Perfect location for a short walk to Keyes beach and short drive to town and the ferries. Alex and Valentina are super hosts and great with communications. It was a memorable week and we will not hesitate renting it in the future. Thank you Alex & Valentina.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious, clean and well maintained. I loved the location, close to the beach and short drive to town. The kitchen was extremely well stocked! And very nice quality pots and pans. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and i thoroughly enjoyed the front porch for my morning coffee. Alex was very responsive to my many questions.

Nana, Papa, 2 sets of parents and 3 grandchildren aged 20 months to 7 years, and an 8 year old Boston terrier had a great week on Cape Cod.The house with its open plan kitchen, large dining table, large living area with kid friendly sofas, was clean, light, and ready to start enjoying our family time. The covered front porch with table and chairs was great for kids to sit outside drawing and coloring. The quiet dead end street made strolling our dog and grandchildren a safe place. The best part ( apart from having 3 bathrooms) was the fenced in yard with soft green grass. Perfect for cartwheels. The location can’t be beat. We waked to 2 different beaches, Main Street, and a Cape Cod league baseball game. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning was too!This house and its location and amenities helped our family make beautiful memories.Alex and Val are super hosts. They are great communicators and were helpful before and during our stay. We plan to book this property again.

The house was immaculate. You can’t beat its location either
literally a block from the beach..a quick walk! Our party consisted of 6 adults and 2 children. We found the house comfortable. We were easily able to gather around the dining room table for meals together with room to spare. Owners were communicative and responded quickly to our questions.

Great summer week at the Cape

We loved the location, a short walk to the beach. We could even walk to downtown Hyannis for some exercise. Home was perfect for us with our adult children. Appreciated the beach chairs and also having a fenced in yard for our dog. Beautiful area with hydrangeas everywhere! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great House, Great Location

We enjoyed staying at the house. It had enough room for dining and game playing. We used the front porch for morning coffee and evening activities and relaxing. The house is in a great location to walk to restaurants, Main Street, the beach, and baseball.Hope we can stay there again sometime!

Beautiful home great location

Alex' house was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the location is top notch. We could load up the beach wagon and take the short walk to the beach. Alex was extremely accommodating with several recommendations for us.

Comfortable House in Hyannis

We enjoyed our long weekend at this well maintained and comfortable house. The beach is very close and walking into town tow explore was no problem. Our hosts provided lots of useful information about the area and were responsive when we reached out. When we visit the area again, we will be checking to see if this property is available.

Beautiful, spacious house

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious!
 this house was the perfect space for our family gathering of nine. It is well appointed, immaculate, and super comfortable. The kitchen has all you need for home cooking, and the dining table sat all of us comfortably, with room for more. We really appreciated that we could bring our dog. Highly recommend this rental!

Almost perfect !

We just returned from our Vrbo stay in Hyannis. The property is perfectly located for a morning beach walk or any walk for that matter. Clean, good size bedrooms and very well equipped. One flaw, the heating situation is way off ! Upstairs bedrooms were boiling as well as the 2 downstairs bedrooms and the kitchen, living/ dining area were cool. This made sleeping almost impossible for everyone. If the heating was not a problem I would have given this rental 5 stars.

The house was very nice and the perfect layout for our gang. The check out pricess briught some grumbles from some family membersas well as the 10 AM check out. I explained its a lot of house to clean before a new group at 4PM. A relative that lives on the Cape said the other side of Sea Street is a bit shady, which is why I gave the 4 star for location.

Guys golf trip

Perfect Hyannis home.

Stayed 2 nights and the house was perfect for our needs. Host provided insight to area early on so we were able to plan our adventure. Would stay in the home again and highly recommend.

Great home and location

Great house for a family vacation. House is as advertised. Nice fenced in yard for family activities. Very easy short walk to Keyes beach. Close to Hyannis activities. Pirates cove mini golf was great. Host very responsive. Would recommend! Thanks Alex and Val
