A villa equipped with all modern conveniences, for 6 guests (+ 1 baby), with a fenced pool area of 175 square meter (pool 10m x 5m) and terraces, on a fenced plot of 7000 square meters. 3 kms away from Santa Eulalia del Rio, its marina, its restaurants, its shops ...
You will find all the basic necessities (sheets, towels, bath and hair products, spices for the kitchen, flour, oil, vinegar, coffee, basic pharmacy, babybed and babychair...) and a well equipped kitchen for your small dishes...

The Space

A family house, facing south, that offers a a small suite for two with terraces and bathroom on the first floor, as well as two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the ground floor. An inside dining room for 6 and an outside dining room for 8, a fenced pool area of 175 sq. meters (pool 10mx5m) equipped with umbrellas, six deck chairs and a lounge corner, and a 7000 sq. meters of land with fruit trees add to the comfort. Cars can be parked inside the property.

One of the rooms on ground floor can be equipped with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) or one double bed (180 x 200 cm).
The suite on first floor is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm).

Air conditioning in the three bedrooms and in the living-room.

A baby nursery/room can be installed in the small office. There is no airco.
We provide a baby bed, with sheets and pillow and a baby chair.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the whole property, except the technical room-garage.

Interaction with Guests

We, or the property manager, remain at the disposal of the guests if needed, but the guests live alone on the estate.

The Neighborhood

The quiet of the ibicenco countryside at only 5 minutes driving from the animation of the crowd, the restaurants, the sea side... And a central situation that gives access to the whole island.

Getting Around

A vehicule is required to access the property. It is located in the valley Es Novells between the hills behind Santa Eulalia.
There are several car rental companies operating from the airport (Europcar, Hertz, Budget,..) or near the airport with a shuttle (2 min.) organized between the parking of the airport and their offices (Centauro).
In Santa Eulalia you will find a bus station and a boat station (destinations : Ibiza, Formentera, Es Cana)

Other Things to Note

Drinking water in the kitchen.
The rest of the house is supplied with source water that it is not drinking water.

They will find everything's needed in the kitchen (oil, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, flour and a lot much)

A clean-up at the end of the stay is included in the fee.
Guests may ask for a clean-up during their stay for an additional cost.

The garden and pool maintenance team shows up once or twice a week. They don't enter the house.

All music is prohibited outside after 10pm. The house is in a quiet and family area. If the neighbors have to complain, the occupants risk having to leave the house before the end of the rental period and losing all or part of their guarantee.

As requested by the Spanish tax administration for each guest present in the house (children included), we will have to scan the ID documents.
Guest receive 50 kwh of electricity per day, included in the price of the rental. Each extra kwh will be charged at 0.25 €
Guests have to throw all garbage away (exept the ones in the little bins the last day). If there are too many bags, we'll charge 15 euros.

Perfect house and wonderful pool

Everything was fine, we had a nice time in Can Dimitri. Peaceful, clean, perfect house, big space around the house and a wonderful pool. The host and the manager were superkind. As described by the host, the house is in the country, you need a car to go to the city, the beach and the shops, but this means peace and silence. A perfect place to relax and enjoy family and friends.

Family holiday

I had the most wonderful week at Casa Dimitri. The check in was super slick and informative with surprise bottles of wine, orange juice, olive oil and every toiletry you could need for your stay. The house is beautiful fully fenced and gated making it safe for my little girl to toddle about. The pool was so warm and we bbq-ed every day and there is so much shade around the pool, which was great for my mum and the hottest parts of the day. We will definitely be back!

Lovely traditional villa, great location!

Host and property manager really helpful in the run up to our stay. Lots of information provided and efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. Lovely villa, quite large with air con in bedrooms and main living area which was great. A real home from home and large heated pool. Lovely gardens with badminton and table tennis available. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa - even better than it looks in the photos! Very spacious and the pool/garden area was lovely. It was so well equipped with everything we needed and the host was easily contactable with any queries. Would definitely come back!

Our family holiday in Ibiza

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Can Dimitri. We travelled with our son, his wife and 2 granddaughters ages 7 and 5. It is a lovely villa and well maintained. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there is a gas bbq and a choice of outside dining areas. A great swimming pool and sun loungers and umbrella shade for us all. The location is a little remote (very quiet) which means a car is essential. The resort of Santa Eularia with its beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets is only a 10 minute drive. The owner was very helpful and responded to any questions very quickly.

They call it paradise!

Our children call the place ‘paradise’ which automatically describes heaven for the adults, too. There is space to explore the grounds, there is privacy and silence and enough rooms to accommodate the grand-parents as well. We rarely left the house as it was just too beautiful. But you will find St Eularia for shopping etc around the corner. Everything seems close. And the landlords are a very, very lovely couple who welcomed us heartedly. The house was spotless and everything was extremely well organised so that we could dive into holiday mode straight away. We would love to spend time at the Finca soon again.

Beautiful rustic villa in Ibiza

This is a lovely villa , set in a rural location some 5 minutes outside the family resort of Santa Eulalia. Very spacious accommodation, with a well equipped kitchen( although the kitchen is on the small side) Air con was a treat, especially in the bedrooms. There is small 4th bedroom, although this has no air con. The villa has everything required for a baby which we needed.i.e. Cot, high chair etc. Also, lots of handy basic cleaning things, and cooking basics like oil, spices, tea, coffee etc. A second spare key would have been handy and the actual address needs to be written in the handbook e.g. for taxis etc. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty sunbeds and towels for everyone. Also, umbrellas for shade and terraces for dining out. Great BBQ! Dominique the owner is so helpful if you have any problems or questions. Have already recommended this property to friends and hope to return in the future Christina Cowie and family. Stayed July 2018
