In addition, you have access to a shed to sit and eat and an outdoor kitchen, where you can enjoy a good barbecue in the evenings.

Ideal for beach lovers. Less than 10 minutes' drive away you will find beaches on the south-west coast, such as Cala Conta. And, of course, you cannot miss a visit to Ibiza town, which is only 15 minutes by car from the estate. Stroll here through the narrow streets along the trendy boutiques, terraces, bars and end the day with dinner in one of the many restaurants. There is sufficient land at the property for parking
