Apartment / attic in a condominium, in a typical house of the ancient Borgo Foce of about 70 m² with a surprising sea view also from a roof terrace sheltered from the wind, noise and prying eyes, usable for relaxing, sunbathing in peace and eat outside on sunny days.
Ideal for its temperate climate in summer and mild in winter with more than 3000 hours of sunshine per year. Ideal if you are looking for a holiday with the pleasure of reaching the beaches in costume and pareo on foot and to taste typical food in the many outdoor restaurants on the sea.

Location and services.
Easily accessible from the Imperia Ovest highway exit, towards the city center. In the hamlet of Borgo Foce (https: // www. Imperiadavedere. It / places / 3506-borgo-foce-imperia-porto-maurizio. Html), accessible by car but only for loading and unloading.
Public parking approx. 150 m Bus stop at 100 meters. New railway station in via Argine right, reachable by bus at 4 km. At ca. 10-200 m away are very popular bars and restaurants. Supermarket at 100 meters. Shops and services in the nearby Via Cascione where the weekly market takes place on Thursday morning.

House rules and ancillary costs:
- minimum stay 7 nights with check-in from 16:00 and no later than 20 on Saturday; check-out after 10:00 and before 12 on the Saturday of departure. These times are necessary to guarantee the cleaning and preparation of the apartment.
- upon arrival, all guests, including children, must provide a valid identity document, necessary to be able to register attendance at the Police Headquarters as required by law.
- bathroom linen is to be brought.

To be paid in cash:
- Tourist tax in cash. The rate is € 2 per day, per person, for the first 5 days of the stay only.
- Possibility to rent sheets € 8 per person / change.
- Electricity according to consumption € 0.50 / kWh.
- Gas according to consumption approx. € 2 / m³.
