Panoramic lake view in Crystal Bay
This is a premier vacation rental located in North Lake Tahoe. Nestled within the quaint, quiet and sought after community of Crystal Bay, Nevada. 3 miles from Incline Village, 2 miles to Kings Beach and a 1/2 mile to state line Nevada.
Quintessential Tahoe Decor including many local antiques, old skis, vintage posters and a stunning lake view over Tahoe. You will feel as if you were in a postcard. Very cozy with wood floors, ultra plush carpet, 3 gas fireplaces, one wood burning fireplace in dining room/kitchen for intimate dinners. Truly a remarkable house and built in such a way that every room in the house has a lake view, even the bathrooms!
The expansive deck could host a intimate gathering for cocktails or dinner. 4 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, oversized 2 car garage and parking in front of garage for 2 additional cars. There is also a designated parking spot to the right of the home for a 5th car. Custom features throughout the home including wood floors, beautiful built in cabinetry and did we mention the giant deck overlooking Lake Tahoe?
As you open the roomy large 2 car garage, you enter the home through the mudroom, there is plenty of space to leave your ski supplies wet clothes, muddy shoes or sandy flip flops.
You enter the upper part of the home to see a beautiful den/ office work room with a 60 " Smart television. There is a PS3 and games located next to the television and books on the shelves for your enjoyment. The large floor to ceiling window overlooking Lake Tahoe will take your breath away. There is a large L shaped leather Pottery Barn couch to relax and watch movies or read a book. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a lovely custom twig bed overlooking the lake with a small, intimate balcony. A newly built custom bathroom with glass enclosure with lake views is for the use of the two upstairs rooms. The other bedroom on this floor has a double bed, closet and also a small, intimate deck.
As you descend the 12 stairs (including landing) to the middle level you will see a wall of blue that is Lake Tahoe. Doors open onto an expansive, newly constructed, $200,000 deck. Brand new 8 person metal table and chairs can comfortably entertain a large family dinner. There is also an L shaped wicker couch around the corner of the deck for relaxing. Enjoy a cocktail as you watch the moon rise above Diamond Peak ski area which is directly across the lake from the house. Chat with friends while they cook on the piped in gas Weber BBQ. The deck amazes me every time I stay at the house. It reminds me of Animal Kingdom. I have seen baby eagles learn to fly, bats flitting here and there, chipmunks, squirrels frolicking, coyotes and bears. (the deck is fully enclosed, there is no way to access it other than a locked door or the house.) There is a small patio and garden out of the door leading from the deck. You can leave the doors open as you dine in the living room. The quiet is unbelievable, The house was built so that every room in the house affords a lake view. Dining room has a wood table that seats 8 people comfortably. There is a Bose speaker and a smart TV with local cable stations. There is a lovely gas/wood fireplace next to the dining table for intimate dinners. Wood is available in the garden area or in the shed located on the deck. It is supplied for guests.

There is a recycling bin in the garage next to the freezer and a normal double sided bear bin for trash next to the garage.
There are 3 levels to the home so may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. Also, winter reservations should have a 4wd or a car with chains in case it snows. Road to home may be icy.
Walking distance to the casinos, 4 minute drive to Incline Village, 3 minute drive to Kings Beach, 15 minutes to Northstar, 45 minutes to Palisades, 15 minutes to Diamond Peak, and 20 minutes to Mt. Rose ski area. I live less than one mile away so am happy to help with any issues that may arise.
One of my favorite hikes is directly above the house, The Lookout. Gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, Diamond Peak, Kings Beach and pretty much all of Lake Tahoe. About 2.5 miles round trip paved easy hike from the house. Just walk up one street and you will see the fire trail entrance with a green gate. A must do.

This property was perfect in every way. If you like quiet and serene, this is it. The property was very clean, organized, and wonderfully decorated. Any thing that you could be looking for is provided. Every room in the house had a beautiful view of the lake, even the garage. The hostess was very accommodating.
We will definitely be back! Love, love, love it.
We had a wonderful long weekend staying in the Martini home. The view is spectacular from every room in the house and even better on the deck overlooking the lake. The house is spacious and the kitchen well stocked. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of six adults to allow privacy and there was lots of space for us all to be together. The location was super convenient to Incline and not too far from Tahoe City. Samantha was very responsive when I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.
No matter where you are in this lovely home you can enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe.
Every family member spoke of the comfortable beds and the spaces for gathering as a group or enjoying solitude when wanted.
Owner is very accommodating and is excellent at communicating and responding to any questions.
Beautiful home, great location, plenty of space to be together and also have privacy. Close to everything. Owner very accommodating. Parking for only three cars, but this is known upfront and comes with the home being on a hill with beautiful views. Our group had an 89-year-old and a 1. 5-year-old and all were happy. Only complaint, could use a hot tub!
Home was nice and location was great as well. It had everything we needed. There is no A/C for summer visits but that is rare in area to have it anyways. We would stay here again given the opportunity in the future.
This Multi-level home was very comfortable for our family. Well stocked kitchen. 15 minutes to diamond peak, 15 to north star and 20 to mt rose. Clean home and comfortable beds.
Beautiful, rustic just like home vibes with a spectacular view of the lake!!!! Loved this location!
This house made my family and I feel at home. It feels very rustic and cabin like. The wood burning fireplace was fantastic. We sat in the kitchen around the fire every night. Would really like to come back during the summer months and enjoy that back deck! Amazing views of the lake. Beautiful to wake up to or watch the sunset. Perfect location to get to all areas surrounding the lake. We enjoyed the closeness of the local nightlife while having peace and quite in the peaceful neighborhood. The bedroom layouts were great. Gave each couple some privacy while also enjoyed sharing the common areas. Enjoyed the sauna in the master. Really wanted to use the jet tub, but the jets looked like they could use some TLC. Very friendly owner. She allowed us to take some of her big pine cones! Loved seeing all the trees. We drove to Calvareas Big Tree park to check out the grove of sequoias. So much to do in this area! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed this home and view! The bedroom set up was perfect for two older couples and two younger couples. As you wake up in the elevated master bed your gaze is immediately drawn out the large windows to the tall pines, sun peeking over the mountains, and lovely Lake Tahoe. There is plenty of room for separation if someone needs it. We had a few still having to work remotely. There is an oversized two car garage for parking plus one on the street. My family loved staying here and would definitely rent it again!
