Welcome both units of our beautiful duplex! The main floor unit has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 16 and the upstairs unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 10. Combined, this home can sleep 26 guests! Located within walking distance to Butler University with easy access to Interstate 65 and Meridian St, getting where you need to go is a breeze! Whether traveling with family or friends, we are sure our place has everything you need to feel "at home." We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guest will enter through the main door. Once inside, Unit 1 will be to the left and Unit 2 will be to the right.

You will enter through Unit 1 using a digital keypad. Upon entering you will be greeted by the kitchen and living room. The open floor plan allows you to spend lots of quality time with family and friends! The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and large SmartTV. The kitchen has ample counter space, all major appliances, cookware, and dinnerware! Enjoy those home cooked meals at the island seating or beautiful farm table that sits 6! There are 4 bedrooms in this unit. The main floor has 1 spacious bedroom with a King bed, 1 bedroom with 2 Full beds and 1 bedroom with a twin over twin bunk. The downstairs level has 1 bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunkbeds. The basement level living room also has a large SmartTV and queen sleeper sofa. There is 3 bathrooms in the unit. There is 1 standup shower in the king room, 1 full bathroom in basement and 1 shower/tub combo on the main level. Lastly, if you're looking to get some work done, there are lap-top friendly working spaces in the bunk bed room and the room with 2 full beds.

You will enter Unit 2 using a digital keypad. Upon entering you will climb upstairs to reach the living space and bedrooms. The open floor plan allows you to spend lots of quality time with family and friends! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and large SmartTV. The kitchen has ample counter space, all major appliances, cookware, and dinnerware! Enjoy those home cooked meals at our beautiful farm table that provides seating for 6!
This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed, the second has two full beds, and the third has a twin over twin bunk! The first full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and the second has a stand up shower. Lastly, if you're looking to get some work done, there is a lap-top friendly working space in the bunk bed room.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is a duplex located in the Butler Tarkington neighborhood. We are located 2 miles from Broad Ripple and 4 miles to downtown!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
