The house was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable accommodations. Used the kitchen a lot for meals and they had all that we needed. We spent the weekend there and had rain so having a fire our back was not possible unfortunately. Checkin and out was very simple because they gave very good instructions on entry and exit to the house. Would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in that area.

Overall, a great stay with a few winter-related drawbacks.This is a great little house—very neat and clean, with lots of thoughtful extras. The beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the extra pillows. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.We stayed four days after a snowstorm and did run into a couple of issues related to winter conditions. The back parking spot hadn’t been shoveled, and the road wasn’t plowed, which made parking difficult. The shower water was also lukewarm at best, even with the water heater turned all the way up, though the hot water everywhere else in the house was very hot.That said, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying again—just not during the winter months

The house was in good shape and had everything needed, but it could have been cleaner upon arrival. The bathroom floor didn't look like it had been cleaned, some things in the kitchen weren't wiped off, and the white shag area rug and ottoman in the living room were visibly dirty. The location allowed easy access to Indy and the interstate. The neighborhood wasn't great, especially the surrounding streets.

The house was cute. Loved the coffee when arrived! Only wished there were tvs in bedrooms per Kids request. Strong smell of bug spray that overwhelmed the house. Didnt spend the night but would have if aired out.
