The fully equipped kitchen includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and a grill, and also features a dining table as well as direct access to the terrace. A comfortable living room completes the communal spaces on this level. The ground floor also hosts 4 of the 5 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and a hand-basin, 2 double bedrooms each with 1 double bed and a shower and WC, and 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and a full bath, shower, and WC. Please note that 2 of these double bedrooms share a Jack and Jill shower and WC. The bathroom facilities on this floor are further complemented by a bath and shower room and 2 separate WCs.
