Perfectly located in the heart of the Isle of Palms once you arrive you might never need your car again during your vacation. To further enhance the location, "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is located on the end of the building, with a large deck that provides perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and an oceanfront master suite. When it is time to hit the water, Ocean Palms offers a wonderful private swimming pool for the community, a private walkway to the beach, and some of the best waves and stretches of beach anywhere in the Low Country.
The interior of "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is bright and cheery. The living room provides a perfect blend of colors and comfort. Beautiful floors and a fireplace anchor the lovely decor. The kitchen, recently renovated, is perfect for entertaining your family and has an abundance of supplies to make your family and friends gathering easy and elegant. Stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces highlight the kitchen area. The master suite will help you dream about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, with access to an oceanfront deck, king bed, and private bath featuring a garden tub and separate shower. A second master suite features a king bed with a private bath. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and each has a full bathroom.

Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The community pool is open for the season between April and October and is not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beachâor the entire beachâmay be temporarily inaccessible. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
This is a fantastic property and the view is incredible. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including an array of spices. The cart at the elevator is a nice detail that allows you to bring in groceries easily. We would stay here again without hesitation!
The condo was absolutely lovely! My family had such a great time at the beach, pool, biking, and nights playing games out on the porch. The condo is well insulated from outside noise. Lots of kitchen items which was nice because we made many meals. The communication was excellent; I appreciated prompt responses to our questions.

Living room couch and love seat is worn out and dirty.

Condo has been well used and needs painting and some maintenance.
Overall, I'd stay there again.
My husband was supposed to join me, my mom, brother, daughter, and her wife, who were coming from three states. Before my husband could join us he had a heart attack and I had to fly back after only two days there. He's now recovering from triple bypass. So as you can tell, I didn't get to experience much of the beach. But the place was nice and the rest of my family enjoyed it.
I will say the toilets are a little low for an elderly person, but that's true almost everywhere.
My birthday was fantastic at this perfect location. The only minor issues were the steep walk to the beach and the dirty furniture. I would absolutely stay here again.
We arrived at the property at about 2 p.m. and had not heard back from the property manager after we sent several messages asking about an early check-in time and associated procedures. We contacted the Beachside Vacations office and they promptly provided the requested information so we could check in.
Upon entering the condo, my wife noticed the floors appeared dirty, so she called Beachside Vacations about having the cleaning service redo the floors on Saturday; they came early and cleaned the floors to our satisfaction.
The rug underneath the table on the outside terrace was somewhat tattered and a trip hazard to our toddler grandson, so we rolled it up and stored it out of the way.
It took a little while to learn how to operate the TV's, even with the instructions, but we eventually figured them out.
The location was great -- beach and ocean shore a short walk out of the door and many restaurants and shops nearby for exploring. The beach gear credit was great as well; all of it was used each day during our stay.
I'd say, aside from our initial communication gap and the dirty floors, this condo was an excellent location to stay for our getaway.
We come to Isle if Palms every year. This home was convenient to everything, big enough for the 7 of us and we could listen to the bands from both the front area and the back porch. Definitely would stay again.
Outstanding location, nicely appointed for a comfortable visit. Easy access to IOP stores and restaurants. Bathrooms in each bedroom a plus for all guests. Beach access right out of the covered parking beneath the unit. Would definitely stay here again.
Great check in process. This place was ideal location, enjoyed the view, the beach and walked to a few restaurants- mostly bar food though, just fyi. They have a lot of plastic plants covered with thick dust, (we called office and they said housekeeping would come and they never did, we had a missed call that may or may not have been them as no message was left), needs things like baseboard cleaning, new soft goods like throw pillows that were pilly and dirty. There was a toilet assistance apparatus (?) in owners BR closet was kind of gross and since they had taken one owners suite closet as an âowners closetâ, and was not accessible to us. the toilet thing took up a lot of the remaining closet so we had to moved to another closet. The toilets in bathrooms 2 and 3 were the shortest toilets weâve ever used. We paid top dollar for our stay or I would not have had such high expectations. Overall if these things are addressed, this was a great spot. Nice kitchen, nice balcony. Owners suite bed was comfortable.
