This home will be your dream come true when you make this lovely island home your next vacation getaway on the Isle of Palms! Enjoy the fantastic views at sunrise and sunset of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Charleston's bridges from the porches and rooftop deck of this home. The owners have considered every detail in making their home comfortable for their guests.

This perfectly appointed home accommodates 13 guests in five bedrooms, each with its own bath. The home boasts satisfying amenities such as wireless internet, 3,680 SQFT of living space, 1,500 SQFT of porches, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room and porch, a private pool and a gorgeous outdoor kitchen area!

The first floor includes a large primary bedroom offering a King bed, large TV, and access to the covered porch with a sitting area overlooking a private backyard with a pool. Enjoy relaxing in the luxurious primary bath which features a large, soaking tub and huge walk-in shower. Double, marble-topped vanities offer convenience in the morning. The first floor also includes 2 guest bedrooms; one with a Queen bed, TV, and private full bath with tub/shower, and one with a bunk bed with a queen lower and twin upper with a full bath with tub/shower. The large family room on the first floor has a Queen sofa sleeper, TV, and access to the porch leading to the patio and pool area. Convenient for wet bathing suits and beach towels, the laundry room includes a utility sink and a full-size washer and dryer.

The second floor opens into a spacious great room with Brazilian cherry wood floors, comfortable seating, ocean views, a large TV, a game table, and a gas fireplace. The dining area, with a table and seating for 9, shares ocean views and access to the covered porch. The large, well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a Wolf gas cooktop, 2 full-size refrigerators with ice makers, a built-in wall oven with microwave, and a dishwasher. The counter chair seating will accommodate 7. The second-floor porch is perfect for alfresco meals at a table that seats 8. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck and amazing panoramic views! The second-floor bedrooms consist of a second primary bedroom with a King bed, TV, and a private bath with a shower. The other guest bedroom on this floor features a Queen bed and a private bath with a shower. These bedrooms share a porch with views of the waterway, Charleston bridge, and sunsets!
The large in-ground swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious patio with comfortable lounge furniture. There is also a covered patio cooled by fans that is home to a new outdoor prep kitchen with a built-in gas grill and outdoor dining table for 6. An enclosed, outdoor shower is convenient for showering after the beach or pool. A ping pong table, located under the house, will keep young and not-so-young guests entertained. There is a large beach wagon filled with chairs and beach toys to make the short walk to the beach even easier.
An elevator accesses all levels and helps guests maneuver baggage and groceries and those who are challenged by stairs. Pricing & Availability:

For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

--Policy--
When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.

Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.

Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.

If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Exceptional Property - Pool Not Usable

Offered a fabulous locale for five college friend couples to celebrate the eldest's 80th birthday! House was beautifully clean, with everything inside in exceptional order - well stocked kitchen supplies, wonderfully working showers, appliances, elevator, etc. The only downside was that the pool was green upon our arrival. The pool guy was there and said it would be clear within a couple of hours... but, not even close to so. Property mgmt was prompt in sending another person out to address the pool in the morning; but, it took another day for the water to clear enough to see that the pool just simply looked uninviting and dirty. Though prompt action was very appreciated, communication in the form of at least an acknowledgment and apology would also have been nice.

All good with house. Very spacious. They shocked the pool on second day around late morning rendering it too cloudy to swim. Office not open on day of departure was trying to communicate by phone text and email. No response until noon.

Relaxing stay

The house has a great layout and the bathrooms were very clean. The bunk bed room had a live cockroach in it when we arrived so that was unpleasant. Plus, the bed made so much noise that it woke up my family member every time they rolled over. The most annoying part was the garden sprinklers. They were set on a timer and went off everyday at 3pm and stayed on for hours. So every time we would leave for dinner or the wedding we were attending we all had to run to our cars and yes we still got wet. It was a pretty house in a great location. Just something's need more attention to detail. And please get a door code system instead of a house key. The guy was super rude to deal with that day and it was a big inconvenience to pick up the key and be at the dinner event we had in time. It would have been much nicer to pull up to the house and walk right in.

Great Location!

A group of 13 of us stayed here for a Bachelorette weekend. It was one street down from the beach and a very easy walk. Close drive to Mt. Pleasant and not far from Downtown Charleston. Perfect location in my opinion! Would stay here again!

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The photos don't do the house justice. It is impeccable. The house is huge for multiple families to spread out and get some privacy, or lounge and hang out together as a large group. Everything in the house is so well thought out from even small things like putting timers on the porch fans in case you forget to turn them off! The house is well stocked with endless kitchen supplies (not food, but equipment). The house has 3 fridges, at least 10 beach chairs, 2 beach carts, and lots of board games. The location is perfect for views, coastal breezes, and a short walk to the beach and even a few bars. The home is tucked in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is nice to walk around and admire. It is extremely easy to travel to the airport, Mt Pleasant and Downton Charleston.

Good for family with older members

We are a three generation family group. Our oldest member has mobility issues. This house was well laid out for him There was a comfortable bedroom with a walk-in shower on the same level as the living areas. The elevator was reliable.

Great Home But Disappointing Experience

House was very comfortable for our family of 8 + baby and clean inside with convenient location to beach and downtown. However the pool was disgusting upon arrival (murky green color) when all 3 surrounding neighbors’ pools were pristine blue and inviting. Management did send a crew to clean and it did clear after 1-1/2 days and by Thursday the pool was cloudy green again. . Our pool enjoyment totaled about 2 days of use without concern. In addition, the elevator was not working and the main living room TV worked about 10% of the time.

Beautiful House, Great Vacation Home

We loved our stay on Isle of Palms. The house was everything we could ask for and more. Beautifully designed and decorated with spacious rooms, great gathering spaces, a well designed and well equipped kitchen it is the perfect vacation home. It is conveniently located with easy access to the beach, shopping and other great locations throughout Charleston. I can't forget to mention the beautiful porches that allow you to enjoy the view, the weather and the company! We will definitely rent again!
