Make your next beach vacation on the Isle of Palms one of your fondest memories by staying at this "beachy" oceanfront home. This is the perfect home for a multi-family vacation. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms plus a large pool and spa, offer all the comforts of home with the Atlantic Ocean in your backyard.

The first floor consists of an open living room, dining room, and kitchen with hardwood floors and fantastic views of the ocean from every room! The kitchen features granite countertops, a center island with 3 counter stools and an electric cooktop, a built-in microwave and oven, a dishwasher, and a large side-by-side fridge.

The dining room seats 8 and offers easy access to the covered porch. The open living room, with a cathedral ceiling and amazing views of the ocean through the wide sliding glass doors, features a gas fireplace and a 47" flat panel TV/DVD/CD/Stereo entertainment system.

The large primary bedroom with King size bed commands another great ocean view and provides private access to the covered porch. The spacious primary bath boasts a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. One guest bedroom is also on this floor and consists of 2 Queen beds with a TV/DVD. It has access to a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is outfitted with a full-size washer/dryer.  

The second floor consists of 4 guest bedrooms, 2 with ocean views with access to the full second-floor sun porch. One ocean view bedroom features 2 Queen beds with TV/DVD/CD, while the other ocean view bedroom has 1 King bed and 1 Queen sofa sleeper with TV. The remaining 2 guest bedrooms offer one with a Queen bed and TV/DVD/CD and one with a Queen bed and 1 Twin sofa sleeper with a TV/DVD.
Two bedrooms share a full bath with a shower only and the other 2 bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
 Enjoy an outdoor breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the 2 picnic tables on the first-floor porch overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean, or lounge by the pool and spa with the sound of the waves to relax you.
Perhaps play a rousing game of ping pong with the kids!  This home is sure to deliver an enjoyable vacation experience. One you will want to share with family and friends year after year!
Pool/Spa Heating can be added for an additional fee of $1150 per week, plus tax. Pool only is $800.00 or Spa Only is $500.00 plus tax. Note pool heaters change water temperature up to approx 20- 25 degrees.
*This is an integrated spa. The spa runs on an on-demand timer system. When you decided to use the spa you turn it on for 30-60 min. prior to use then it shuts off after 2-3 hours. It does not remain hot 24/7.

Pricing & Availability:

For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.
--Policy--
When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.

If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Here’s a more polished version you could use:The house was gorgeous overall. However, when we checked in, the pool was not clean and the hot tub was not working, even though I had already paid for spa heat in the original agreement. When I reached out to the property manager, I was then told I would need to pay an additional 300.We also received a complaint about tampering with a noise monitor, which was never touched during our stay.Overall, amazing location and beautiful home.

Great house, with awesome view.

The house is big and bright, right on the water. Wide, unobstructed view of the ocean. Lots of natural light. Enough space for a big group. I liked the big open plan for living and kitchen space. It's also walkable distance to some of the restaurants and bars nearby, which is convenient.

Great house, minor feedback

Communications with company, location and house (overall) were wonderful. The home needs some improvements (updating and touch ups) to make it look nicer and cleaner. There were some issues that the company knew about beforehand but did not tell us. The pool lights were broken which prevented us from swimming at night. It was too dark to swim at night with kids and be safe. Also, there was is a big leak in the living room that made itself present during a storm. Luckily someone was home otherwise our computer would have been ruined. We understand these things happen but the company should have told us of these issues ahead of time especially since they already knew about them.

Great Location, But....

The location was great, and the house comfortably fit our family of 8 adults and 5 children. We did have a fun vacation. However, there were serious issues with cleanliness and overall condition of the property. The front bathroom had black mold covering the ceiling when we arrived. Workmen came out on our day of arrival and the next day to try to remove the mold, and then the ceiling was primed with Kilz the following day. A tech was checking our pool and shocking it when we arrived, thus we had to wait a couple of hours until we could use the pool. The tech was supposed to return mid-week to clean and check chemicals but never did. The floor of the pool had algae in several areas and the skimmer was never cleaned. The propane cylinder was empty when we first tried to use the bbq pit, so we had to go to the office to exchange for a full one (should have been checked before we arrived). A chair broke when we sat on it on the deck. The cooktop vent duct was separated and blew into the cabinet below. The icemaker did not work, nor did pool lights. Too many things were broken, and attention to detail was lacking. The mold covering the entire bathroom ceiling was completely unacceptable. These things should have been taken care of prior to our arrival.

Family Vacation 2022

We love Isle of Palms! This property was great for our big family. Right on the beach and the big pool was roomy for everyone. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly addressed. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to create memories!

Great Location

The property was in the perfect location to watch the ocean from almost every room. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and everything worked as it was supposed to. We all enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to anyone looking to start every morning with the sun in your face, end everyday with the moon as your light...and relax to the rhythm of the waves.

Nice location for family

We are now a family of 13 and the size of this home was perfect. We enjoyed walking to restaurants/clubs/markets/playground. There is a little bit of "bar" noise some evenings but it is not bad at all. BIG kudos to East Island, the property managers, as they were MOST responsive and prompt about any of our (minor) concerns. No beach towels provided but there are a few beach chairs. Rental of towels is easy/well priced if you need.
