WORST customer service in Istanbul

On arrival my family and i were told that there were no rooms available to accomodate us all despite booking via trusted websites months in advance. The attitude of the man on reception was absolutely appauling given we were travelling with two 4 month old babies and an 18 month old infant who were obviously tired from the journey. He stated that he could offer us one double room at the hotel, when questioned how one double room would be able to accomodate 8 adults and 3 infants he stated "it does not matter whether you want to stay or not i have already charged your card so you can leave because we have received our payment for the booking." Afterwards a porter was instructed to take us to an alternative hotel that would be able to accomodate half our party despite our booking being specifically for us all. The hotel was down a steep hill which was near enough impossible to travel with a twin pram and 2 disabled travellers. We were almost made to feel forced to do as the guy was staying or risk not having anywhere to stay. He insisted that both hotels shared the same address despite being in two seperate locations two blocks apart so there were within their rights to move half our party there as it was the "same hotel" The staff at the second hotel were much better but it still did not help us in terms of the booking, items we had packed to share such as sterilisers and bottle warmers for the infants had to transported daily between the 2 hotels. The hotel ruined entire stay

Value but limited.

We loved the staff especially Asuman in breakfast area. Hotel is very old and the technology isn't quite right. WiFi is slow and the elevator is small and slow. A/C can't keep up w/ the heat outside. In great location. Walk to most major attractions. Good value due to location and staff.

Que mal servicio, nunca me hospedare de nuevo allí

Mal servicio, no servia el tv, las puertas del baño estaban dañadas, la tarjeta de la puerta estaba rota, había una toalla higiénica pegada en el techo, un desastre pedí cambio de habitación o devolución del dinero y no lo hicieron en verdad un desastre no lo recomiendo.

Goeie locatie en op loopafstand van top spots

Goed en prettig hotel! Bediening was aardig, kamer werd iedere dag opgeruimd en je bed werd opgemaakt. Gewoon super voor de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, entre o Grande Bazar e a praça Sultanahmet onde ficam a Hagia Sofia e a mesquita azul, e a dois minutos a pé da paragem do tram, Çemberlitas. O quarto era pequeno mas confortável, com aspecto de novo e bem decorado. Bom pequeno almoço. Pessoal do hotel simpático e prestável.

Good for the price!

Small but clean rooms, VERY poor breakfast but for the price - it is very decent. So if you use the room only for sleeping then it is ok. Very good for the price. Location is also good - 5 min walk from Sultanahmet square. I recommend!

Sehr zentral!

Hotel ist super und sehr zentral. Jedoch haben wir über Expedia ein Doppelbett gebucht - im Endeffekt war es ein schmales Bett! Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden!

立地のよいスタンダードなホテル　

2泊しました。グランドバザールに近くホテルの隣はスーパーマーケットと立地は良く夜遅くでも大丈夫な場所でした。エレベーターがすごく狭かったので他の人と一緒だと気まずいかんじ。 残念なのはチェックイン時ダブルルームの予約だったのに日本のビジネスホテル並みの狭い部屋でした。部屋を変える交渉をしましたが、なんやかや理由をつけて（バルコニーが広いから・・など）替えてもらえませんでした。値段や立地を考えて妥協しました。朝食は美味しくしっかりいただきました。
