AMAZING

Don't be deterred by the hotel location!! Its on a somewhat commercial backstreet but is surrounded by lovely neighborhood resturants and shops(extremely affordable) upon arriving AZIZ at the front desk was warm Friendly and welcoming!!! My friend had a problem with air conditioner in room and it was IMMEDIATELY addressed with a move to a new room and Aziz even came up and moved the bags and settled her into new room!! He arranged transportation for us on multiple occasions and made us feel like we were part of the family and not strangers!! Housekeeping was amazing and room was kept impeccably clean our entire stay of june 6-12 . While i was waiting for my friend to arrive from London, Aziz Escorted me up a floor to realax in the beautiful lounge area to wait and offered me a complimentary beverage. I would reccomend this hotel without hesitation. I live in Istanbul and i would still go back again !!! Centrally located to many tourist attraction and affordable, clean and welcoming!!

Never again

There was permanent noise during the night and day from different sources, construction, but also from the reception and other people. No way to sleep. It smelled like cigarette smoke all the time. People smoking in the building and on the terrace and we smelled the smoke in our room with closed door and window. The bedsheets were dirty. Shower was broken. Room was cold and couldn't be adjusted. All over it was a nightmare. Only positive thing the guy on the reception was very nice.
