We had a fully prepaid reservation and informed the hotel in advance of a late arrival. When we arrived around 04:30, the hotel refused entry, kept the full payment, and provided no accommodation or service.
We were left outside overnight with luggage and had to secure emergency accommodation ourselves at significant cost. Afterwards, the hotel gave conflicting explanations at different times claiming this was a âno showâ and also suggesting that we refused the room despite full prepayment and prior notice.
Taking prepaid money while refusing entry is unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel.
The cunning turkish owner gave us a different room from the one we paid. A cheaper one. And when I mentioned it instead of asking sorry he was making comments with the employees on the phone about the Greeks,laughing. They gave us the right room after their discussion.
The breakfast was exposed to everyone without cover on it
Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was far from what I expected, especially given the service they promised.
Before my arrival, the hotel asked if Iâd like them to arrange a taxi transfer, which I confirmed. However, I had to call multiple timesâover several daysâto get any real response. Each time, I was either redirected or given incorrect contact numbers. The number listed on their website and in their automatic messages led to a former staff member who no longer worked there, which added to the confusion.
I ended up messaging about five different people just to confirm my VIP transfer, something that should have been simple and handled professionally. When I finally arrived, the hotel itself was disappointing: the room was not very clean, and the staff seemed disorganized and indifferent. Basic requests were met with delays or ignored altogether.
Overall, the lack of coordination, unprofessional service, and poor communication made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers expecting reliability or proper customer care.
