My stay at this hotel was terrible.. I left this hotel at 4 am after calling the police cause the reception employee entered my room at 4 am by using another key.. so i started shouting and crying before calling the police later!! I was really afraid and my body was shaking!! I have a document from the police that indicates what happened that night..

It was noisy (both the reception desk early in the morning and outside at night). The bathroom easily got wet and all of the towels were completely wet no matter how long they were hung up. The shower clogged up in 2 minutes, and if you didn’t stop the water, the floor would be all wet easily. They only gave us flat sheets as a blanket but it got very cold at night since it is November. No breakfast served and staff weren’t easily accessible. Tram station was a short walk away. It was ok but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A Little Gem

This is a sweet little hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the owner, they will sort you a taxi and which direction to take. So.e speak alot english and others not so much. But this hotel is right in the middle of some of the major tourist attractions, and lots of cafes and bars and restaurants. A very practical and easy hotel to use.
